Description
図1は、本発明のひとつの実施形態に係る撮像装置100の断面図であり、図2は、撮像装置100の分解断面図である。本実施形態の撮像装置100は、特定の波長の照明光(以下「撮像光」という)を照射した状態で被写体200を撮像するセンシング装置であり、例えば生体(典型的には人間の手指)の静脈像を撮像する生体認証装置(静脈センサー)に好適に利用される。撮像光は特定の波長(以下「撮像波長」という)λの近傍で強度がピークとなる所定帯域の光成分である。撮像波長λが850nmである近赤外光を以下では撮像光として例示するが、撮像波長λは被写体200の光学的特性(透過率や反射率)等に応じて適宜に変更され得る。
以上に説明した発光部50および透過部60の具体的な構成を以下に例示する。図11は、光源部36のうち発光部50の具体的な構成を示す断面図であり、図12は、光源部36のうち透過部60の具体的な構成を示す断面図である。なお、以下の説明では、複数の要素が共通層(単層または複数層)から同一工程で形成されることを「同層で形成される」と表記する。同層で形成された各要素は共通の材料からなり、各々の膜厚は相互に略一致する。
以上に例示した形態は多様に変形され得る。具体的な変形の態様を以下に例示する。以下の例示から任意に選択された2以上の態様は適宜に併合され得る。
Claims (12)
- 複数の受光素子が配置された受光部と、
前記受光部の被写体側に配置され、前記被写体に向けて光を出射する発光部と前記被写体側からの入射光を前記各受光素子側に透過させる複数の透過部とを含む光源部とを具備し、
前記発光部は、発光層を含む光透過性の第1透光層と、前記第1透光層の前記被写体側に位置する半透過反射層と、前記第1透光層を挟んで前記半透過反射層に対向する反射層とを含み、前記発光層からの出射光を前記半透過反射層と前記反射層との間で共振する共振構造が形成され、
前記複数の透過部の各々は、光透過性の第2透光層と、前記第2透光層を挟んで対向する第1半透過反射層および第2半透過反射層とを含み、前記被写体側からの入射光を前記第1半透過反射層と前記第2半透過反射層との間で共振する共振構造が形成され、
前記発光部における前記反射層と前記半透過反射層との間の第1共振長は、前記透過部における前記第1半透過反射層と前記第2半透過反射層との間の第2共振長を上回る

を具備する請求項1の撮像装置。 - 共振構造の反射面に垂直な基準方向に対して傾斜する方向への前記発光部からの出射強度のピーク波長と、前記基準方向に対する前記透過部からの出射強度のピーク波長とが、前記第1共振長と前記第2共振長とを相互に一致させた場合と比較して近付くように、前記第1共振長および前記第2共振長は設定される
請求項1または請求項2の撮像装置。 - 前記基準方向に対して傾斜する方向への前記発光部からの出射強度のピーク波長と、前記基準方向に対する前記透過部からの出射強度のピーク波長とが一致するように、前記第1共振長および前記第2共振長は設定される
請求項3の撮像装置。 - 前記基準方向に対する前記照射方向の角度は30°以上かつ60°以下である
請求項3または請求項4の撮像装置。 - 前記発光部の前記反射層は、光反射性の基礎反射層と誘電体多層膜とを含み、
前記透過部の前記第1半透過反射層は、前記誘電体多層膜を含むとともに前記基礎反射層を含まない
請求項1から請求項5の何れかの撮像装置。 - 前記誘電体多層膜は、アモルファスシリコンで形成された層を含む
請求項6の撮像装置。 - 前記発光部の前記半透過反射層と前記透過部の前記第2半透過反射層とは、光反射性の材料により同一工程で形成される
請求項1から請求項7の何れかの撮像装置。 - 前記発光部の前記第1透光層は、光透過性の透明電極層と前記発光層とを含み、前記透過部の前記第2透光層は、前記発光層を含むとともに前記透明電極層を含まない
請求項1から請求項8の何れかの撮像装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9の何れかの撮像装置を具備し、前記撮像装置が撮影した画像から生体情報を推定する医療機器。

被写体に向けて光を出射する発光部と前記被写体側からの入射光を前記受光素子側に透過させる透過部とを具備し、
前記発光部は、発光層を含む光透過性の第1透光層と、前記第1透光層の前記被写体側に位置する半透過反射層と、前記第1透光層を挟んで前記半透過反射層に対向する反射層とを含み、前記発光層からの出射光を前記半透過反射層と前記反射層との間で共振する共振構造が形成され、
前記透過部は、光透過性の第2透光層と、前記第2透光層を挟んで対向する第1半透過反射層および第2半透過反射層とを含み、前記被写体側からの入射光を前記第1半透過反射層と前記第2半透過反射層との間で共振する共振構造が形成され、
前記発光部における前記反射層と前記半透過反射層との間の第1共振長は、前記透過部における前記第1半透過反射層と前記第2半透過反射層との間の第2共振長を上回る
