Claims (1)

  1. 밸브개방정도를 나타내는 요소를 갖는 밸브상태 감지기에서, 소스로부터 빛을 송신하도록 배열된 제1, 제2 광학섬유장치, 제2광학섬유장치로부터 발사되는 빛의 약간을 차단하는 광수신기와 제1, 제2 광학섬유장치사이에 삽입되고, 그 요소가 변조기에 움직임을 전하도록 배치된 회전가능한 광변조기 등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광학밸브위치 감지기장치.
