Abstract
본 발명은, 장쇄의 비교적 고분자량인 폴리하이드록실 화합물과 유기디이소시아네이트 및 저분자량 디올을 용융상태의 임의의 기타 보조제 및 첨가제와 함께 반응시킬 때 이소시아누레이트 그룹 함유 폴리이소시아네이트를 사용하고, 이와같이 수득된 반응 혼합물을 직접 방사하며, 수득된 탄성 필라멘트를 후속적으로 열처리함으로써, 열적 특성이 개선되어, 예를 들면, 탄성섬유를 함유하는 직물의 열고정시의 가공 거동이 개선된 세그먼트형 폴리(우레탄) 또는 폴리(우레탄 우레아)계 탄성 필라멘트를 용매없이 제조하는 방법, 및 이러한 방법에 의해 수득할 수 있는 필라멘트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)
- (a)분자량이 1000내지 8000인 매크로디올과 (b)하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트, (c)평균 작용가가 2를 포과하는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트, (d)쇄연장제로서의 분자량 400이하의 디올, (e)촉매 및 (f)기타의 보조제 및 첨가제를 반응시키고, 이로부터 수득한 폴리우레탄을 방사시켜 필라멘트를 형성시킨 다음, 수득된 필라멘트를 후처리함으로써 엘라스탄 필라멘트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 성분(b)와 성분(c)의 혼합물이 폴리(우레탄) 합성이 사용되고, 성분(c)는 평균 작용가가 2를 초과하는 이소시아누레이트 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어지며, 성분(b)와 (c)는 성분(b)의 이소시아네이트 당량수 대 성분 (c)의 이소시아네이트 당량수의 비가 99.5;0.5 내지 80:20으로 되도록 사용되고, 중합체가 연속적으로 합성되며, 형서된 반응 용융물이 추가의 중간 단계 없이 직접 방사되고, 수득된 엘라스탈 필라멘트는 열적으로 후처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a), (b), (c) 및 (d)가 원-샷(one-shot) 공정 도는 초기중합체 공정에 의해 반응되고, 탄성 필라멘트에서 성분(b)+(c)+(c)의 총합이 성분(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)의 총합을 기준으로 하여 5내지 30중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 초기중합체가 성분(a)의 적어도 일부와 성분 (b)와 (c)의 적어도 일부로부터 초기 중합체공정에 의해 몇단계에 걸쳐서 불연속적으로 또는 연속적으로 초기에 제조되고, 초기 중합체에서 성분(b)와 (c)의 이소시아네이트 당량가의 합 대 성분(a)의 하이드록실 당량가의 비가 1.05:1 내지 10:1이며, 수득된 초기 중합체가 잔여출발물질과 성분(a),(b)및 (c)의 잔여물과 함께 후속적으로 반응하여 폴리(우레탄)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 초기중합체의 쇄 연장이, 혼련부재가 장착된 자가 세정 다축 압출기 속에서 80내지 260℃의온도에서 압출기내의 반응 용융물이 0.5내지 20분 동안 체류하면서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사 노즐의 온도가 180 내지 240℃이고, 형성된 필라멘트가 100내지 800m/min의 속도로 권취됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 60내지 120℃에서 1내지 96시간 동안 후속적으로 열처리 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 80내지 100℃에서 16내지 48시간 동안 후속적으로 열처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 냉각시킨 후, 이를 1.1 내지 4:1의 비로 연신시킨 다음, 이완시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 분자량이 1,000 내지 6,000인, 폴리 에스테르 디올, 폴리에테르 디올, 폴리아세탈 디올, 폴라카보네이트 디올 및 기타 디하이드록실 화합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 분자량이 1,500내지 4,000인, 폴리에스테르 디올, 폴리에테르 디올 또는 이들의 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 탄소수6 이상의 디카복실산과 2내지 4개의 상이한 탄소수4 이상의 디올의 혼합 폴리에스테르 디올, 또는 폴리테트라메틸렌 옥사이드 디올 또는 이와 기타 에테르 형성 화합물과의 코폴리에테르 디올이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트(b)로서, 비교적 소량의 지환식 디이소시아네이트가 혼합된 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 사용하거나 지환족 디이소시아네이트가 단독으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(c)로서, 이소시아네레이트 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트, 또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트의 올리고머가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디올(d)로서, 에탄-1,2-디올, 프로판1,2-및-1,3-디올, 2,2-디메틸프로판-1,3-디올, 헥산-1,6-디올, 3-메틸펜탄-1,5-디올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디올, 1,4-비스-(2-하이드록시 에톡시벤젠) 또는 비스-(2-하이드록시 에톡시)-테레프탈레이트가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항에서 청구한 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 엘라스탄 필라멘트.
- 제15항에 있어서, 열변형 온도가 185℃이상이고 열파단 시간이 10초 이상인 엘라스탄 필라멘트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
