Abstract

본 발명은 열처리 가능한 퍼플루오르폴리머를기초로 한 포말성 고체 조성물에 관한 것으로,이는 중합체적 매트릭스에서 균일하게 분산되고,3,500이하의 분자량을 지닌 0.05-20중량%의 액체 플루오르폴리에테르와 0.002-10중량%의 결정생성제를 포함하며,본 조성물은 포말 케이블의 분출에 적합하다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 중합체적 매트릭스에서 균일하게 분산되어 적어도 하나의 열처리가능한 퍼플루오르폴리머,(b) 결정 생성제인 폴리머(a)에 대하여 0.002 내지 10중량%, (c) 다음 단위들에서 선택된 플루오르옥시알킬렌 단위들을 구성하는 플루오르폴리에테르의 상기 폴리머(a)에 대하여 0.05 내지 20중량%:
    상기 단위들은 통계적으로 중합체적 사슬에 분포되고,수소와 염소를 포함할 수 있는 중성 플루오르알킬 말단기 또는 퍼플루오르알칼 말단기를 지니며,3,500미만의 수평균분자량을 지니며,상기 조성물은 실제로 팽창되지 않은 고체 조성물을 얻기 위하여 폴리머(a)를 용해상태에서 성분 (b),(c)와 혼합하고 연속냉각시켜서 얻을 수 있고,폴리머(a)보다 많아야 7%더 낮은 밀도를 지니는 것을 포함하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 (a)성분은 퍼플루오르알킬비닐에테르와 테트라프루오르에틸렌 또는 헥사플루오르프로펜과 테트라플루오르에틸렌의 공중합체들로부터 선택된 열처리가능한 퍼플루오르폴리머와,소량의 중합화 가능한 단위체로 변형된 테트라플루오르에틸렌 중합체이며.이는 500,000내지 2,000,000의 수평균 분자량을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,상기 테트라플루오르에틸렌 중합체의 퍼플루오르알킬비닐에테르는 퍼플루오르(프로필비닐에테르)와 퍼플루오르(메틸비닐에테르)사이에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 붕소 질화물과 높은 용해성의 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 분말간에 선택된 결정생성제(b)의 상기 중합체(a)에 대해 0.02 내지 2중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 플루오르폴리에테르(c)는 350 내지 2,500의 수평균분자량과 상기 폴리머(a)의 용해온도와 이보다 30℃이상인 온도간의 10bar 이하의 중가압력을 지니며,상기 폴리머(a)에 대하여 0.1-16중량% 양이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,상기 플루오르폴리에테르(c)는 900 내지 1,800의 수평균 분자량을 지님을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르에테르(c)는 퍼플루오르옥시알킬렌 단위들이 "무작위"(random)로 분포된 다음 공식의 플루오르폴리에테르로부터 선택되며,
    여기서, 서로 동등하거나 다른 Rf와 R′f는 CF2Y-,CF2YCF2-,CF3CFY-,YCF2CF(CF3)-,YCF(CF3)CF2-로부터 선택된 플루오르알킬 말단기들이고, Y는 플루오르,염소 또는 수소이며,m,n,p는 플루오르폴리에테르가 3,500 미만의 수평균 분자량을 지니도록 선택된 수들임을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,H또는 F는 상기 플루오르폴리에테르 Y의 말단기에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리머를 기초로 한 팽창성 고체 또는 열적 포말성 고체 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제9항에 따른 팽창성 고체 또는 조성물에 있어서,1)상기 폴리머(a)의 용해온도와 상기 플루오르 폴리에테르(c)가 10bar이하의 증기압력을 지니는 온도에서 상기 폴리머(a)에 대해 0.002~10중량%의 결정생성제(b)와 0.05-20중량%의 적어도 하나의 플루오르폴리에테르(c)를 용해상태에서 퍼플루오르폴리머(a)와의 빠른 혼합 및 균질화,2) 다이에서의 혼합물의 분출,3)상기 퍼플루오르폴리머(a)의 밀도보다 많아야 7% 더 낮은 밀도를 지니며,팽창되지 않는 고체 조성물을 얻기 위하여 분출된 생성물의 급냉을 포함하는 팽창성 고체 조성물의 제조 공정.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항에 따른 팽창성 고체 조성물에 있어서,상기 팽창성 조성물은 상기 플루오르폴리에테르(c)가 10bar이상의 증기압력을 지니는 온도에서 전도체상에 상기 조성물을 분출하여 전선을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창성 고체 조성물의 용도.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,상기팽창성 조성물이 상기 플루오르폴리에테르(c)가 20bar이상의 증기압력을 지니는 온도에서 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창성 고체 조성물의 용도.
