Abstract

본 발명은 폐섬유를 이용한 내, 외장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 중량비로써 타면된 폐섬유류 50-80%중에 열경화수지 15-30%, 분쇄된 폐PVC 또는 분쇄된 폐타이어를 단독 또는 혼합한 5-20%, 불연제, 방염제, 안료 등 부재료가 1% 미만 혼재된 내, 외장재로 이루어지고, 이에 대한 제조방법은 상기한 폐섬유를 타면하면서 상기한 원료를 분사되게 송풍시켜 폐섬유에 혼재되게 하고, 이어서 150-300℃ 및 150-250ton 압력에서 1차 핫프레싱(Hot Pressing)하고, 150-300℃ 및 1,000-2,000ton 압력하에서 2차 핫프레싱하고, 40-70℃에서 300-700ton 압력으로 콜드프레싱(Cold Pressing)함을 특징으로 하는 기술로 이루어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 중량비로써, 타면된 폐섬유류 50-80%중에 열경화수지 15-30%, 분쇄된 폐PVC또는 분쇄된 폐타이어를 단독 또는 혼합한 5-20% 불연제, 방염제, 안료 1% 미만으로 된 조성물이 혼재(混在)된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폐섬유를 이용한 내, 외장재.
  2. 50-80% 중량 %의 폐섬유를 타면(打綿)하면서 별도로 준비된 15-30중량%의 열경화성 수지, 분쇄된 폐 PVC 또는 분쇄된 폐타이어를 단독 또는 혼합한 5-20중량% , 불연제, 방염제, 안료 등 부재료를 1중량% 미만 혼합한 조성물을 폐섬유류에 송풍시켜 분사 혼합한 후 일정 두께로 정면하는 공정과, 150-300℃온도 및 150-250ton 압력하에서 1차 핫프레싱(Hot Pressing)하는 공정과, 150-300℃ 온도 및 1,000-2,000ton 압력하에서 2차 핫프레싱하는 공정과, 온도를 서서히 내려 40-70℃에서 300-700ton 압력하에서 콜드프레싱(Gold Pressing)하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폐섬유를 이용한 내, 외장재의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 열경화수지는 액상 또는 분말상으로써 단독 또는 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 페섬유를 이용한 내, 외장재의 제조방법.
