Abstract
중공통상의 소성생지를 가지는 스틱형의 프렛젤을 제공한다.
곡분, 당류, 유지, 필요에 따라 전분의 주성분으로 하는 생지를, 링상노즐로부터 압출성형하여 중공통상으로 하고, 이것을 소성하여 얻은 소성생지에 점성의 정미료를 충전하여 제품으로 한다.
제조중에, 풍미, 감촉의 변화를 발생시키지 않고, 또 정미료가 손에 붙던가 끈끈하게 달라붙어 소비자에 불쾌감을 일으키는 일이 없다. 또, 정미료는 고화 가능한 것에 한정되지 않으므로 다양한 맛을 제공할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

제1도 본 발명에 관계되는 프렛젤의 일부 잘린 사시도, 제2도 본 발명에 관계되는 프렛젤의 종단측면도, 제3도 종 래스틱형 프렛젤의 사시도.
Claims (13)
- 곡분 100중량부, 당류 5∼50중량부, 유지 5∼60중량부 및 전분 0∼60중량부를 주성분으로 하는 생지를 소성하여 얻어지는 중공통상의 소성생지를 가지고 되는 프렛젤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당류가 5∼30중량부, 유지가 10∼30중량부 및 전분이 20∼50중량부인 프렛젤.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 당류가 10∼20중량부, 유지가 15∼25중량부 및 전분이 30∼45중량부인 프렛젤.
- 제1항내지 제3항의 어느 것인가에 있어서, 중공통상의 소성생지의 외경이 15㎜이하 인프렛젤.
- 제4항에 있어서, 중공통상의 소성생지의 외경이 10㎜이하 이며, 또한 내경이 외경의 40% 이상인 프렛젤.
- 제1항내지 제5항의 어느 것인가에 있어서, 소성생지의 중공부에 정미료가 충전되어 있는 프렛젤.
- 제6항에 있어서, 정미료가, 소성생지의 양쪽 열린 끝으로부터 안쪽으로 충전되던가, 또는 정미료의 노정부가 바깥쪽으로 향하여 오목상으로 만곡하여 된 프렛젤.
- 곡분 100중량부, 당류5∼50중량부, 유지 5∼60중량부 및 전분 0∼60중량부를 주성분으로 하는 생지를 링상 노즐로부터 압출 성형하여 중공통상으로 하고, 이것을 소성하여 얻은 중공통상의 소성생지를 일정 길이로 갈라 가지런히 한 후, 소성생지를 한쪽의 열린 끝으로부터 점성으로 조제한 정미료를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프렛젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 당류가 5∼30중량부, 유지가 10∼30중량부 및 전분이 20∼50중량부인 프렛젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 당류가 10∼20중량부, 유지가 15∼25중량부 및 전분이 30∼45중랑부인프렛젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항의 어느 것인가 있어서, 링상노즐의 외경이 18mm이하인 프렛젤의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 링상노즐의 외경이 11mm이하 이며 ,또한 내경이 외경의 50% 이상인 프렛젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항내지 제12항의 어느 것인가에 있어서, 링상노즐로부터 압출 성형하여 중공통상으로 한 생지를, 소성하기 전 알칼리 용액처리하는 프렛젤의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
