Abstract

본 발명은 방사용액으로 부터 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드를 5―7중량% 함유하는 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액에 0.1―10중량%의 과산화수소를 첨가하여 20―100℃에서 반응시키는 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정제방법이며, 이와 같이 탈색정제한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드는 활성탄 또는 음이온 교환수지로 더 정제할 수 있고 양이온 교환수지나 키토산으로 금속이온을 제거하여 더 정제하여 재사용할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드에 셀룰로오스를 용해시켜 제조한 셀룰로오스 용액을 방사다이를 통해 응고액속으로 압축하여 응고시킨 후, 수세 및 건조하고 이때 발생된 방사욕액(응고액과 수세액)으로부터 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드를 회수 및 정제하는 공정으로 이루어진 셀룰로오스 섬유나 필름의 제조공정에서, 방사욕액으로부터 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액에 소량의 산화제를 첨가하여 반응시키는 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 과산화수소인 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정제방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가하는 과산화수소의 양이 용액전체에 대하여 0.1∼10중량%인 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정재방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 20―100℃인 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정제방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방사용액으로 부터 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액 중의 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드 함량이 5―75중량%인 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드 수용액의 탈색정제방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산화재로 처리한 아민옥사이드수용액을 활성탄 또는 음이온 교환수지로 더 정제하는 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드수용액의 탈색정제방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드 수용액을 산화제로 탈색 정제한 후, 양이온 교환수지나 키토산으로 금속이온을 제거하는 회수한 N―메틸몰포린 N―옥사이드 수용액의 탈색정제방법.
