Abstract
본 발명은 폐타이어를 이용한 각종 성형물 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법은 폐타이어 분쇄물에 폴리프로필렌 수지, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 중 하나 이상의 아세톤, 가성소다, 유리석면, 제1인산 암모늄, 전지분 및 착색용 색소들 중 하나 이상을 혼합하여 섞은 후 약 230℃ 내지 350℃에서 용융시켜 사출, 압출 또는 프레스 성형하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면 폐타이어를 이용하여 양질의 강도 높은 산업구조물 및 물품들을 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (9)
- 폐타이어의 재생방법에 있어서, 폐타이어 분쇄물에 폴리프로필렌 수지, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 중 하나 이상과 아세톤, 가성소다, 유리석면, 제1인산 암모늄, 전지분 및 착색용 색소들 중 하나 이상을 혼합하여 섞은 후 230℃ 내지 350℃에서 용융시켜 사출, 압출 또는 프레스 성형을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐타이어 분쇄물의 함량이 15내지 90중량% 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지의 함량이 각각 50중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아세톤의 함량이 0.5중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가성소다의 함량이 0.5중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리석면의 함량이 30중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1인산 암모늄의 함량이 5중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1인산 암모늄의 함량이 5중량% 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐타이어를 분쇄물이 액체질소에 의한 냉동분쇄에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어를 이용한 성형물 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
