Abstract

본 발명은 제빙기 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 제빙용기를 좌우교대로 회전시켜 이빙을 수행하므로서 얼음저장용기의 일측에만 얼음이 쌓이는 것이 방지되어 얼음저장용기의 얼음저장 능력이 향상된다. 또한, 본 발명의 제빙기 제어방법에 의하면, 1회 이빙시 제빙용기를 좌우 또는 우좌 교대로 회전시켜 이빙시킴으로서 제빙된 얼음이 제빙용기로 부터 확실히 분리된다.

제3(a)∼3(d)도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 제빙기 제어방법에 의한 제빙용기의 동작상태를 설명하는 정면 투시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 제빙용기를 전회의 이빙시 첫번째 회전방향의 반대방향으로 회전시킨 후 비틀어서 이빙시키는 제1이빙단계와; 다시 상기 제빙용기를 상기 제1 이빙단계에서의 회전방향의 반대반향으로 회전시킨 후 비틀어서 이빙시키는 제2 이빙단계를 포함하여 이루어진 제빙기 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이빙은, 제빙이 완료된 후 얼음저장용기에 얼음이 채워져 있는 만빙상태 인가를 감지하여 만빙상태가 아닐 경우에만 수행하는 제빙기 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 이빙단계 후에는 제빙용기를 수평으로 유지시키는 제빙기 제어방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1이빙단계는, 전회의 이빙시 상기 제빙용기의 초기 회전방향이 정방향인가 역방향인가를 판단하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서의 판단결과 전회 이빙시 상기 제빙용기의 초기 회전방향이 정방향이면 상기 제빙용기를 역방향으로 회전시킨 후 비틀림을 주어 얼음을 상기 제빙용기로 부터 분리시키는 제2단계와; 상기 제1단계에서의 판단결과 전회 이빙시 상기 제빙용기의 초기 회전방향이 역방향이면 상기 제빙용기를 정방향으로 회전시킨 후 비틀림을 주어 얼음을 상기 제빙용기로 부터 분리시키는 제3단계로 이루어진 제빙기 제어방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 이빙단계는, 상기 제1 이빙단계에서외 상기 제빙용기의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 회전시킨 후 비틀림을 주어 얼음을 상기 제빙용기로 부터 분리시키는 제1단계와; 상기 제1 단계 후 상기 제빙용기를 역방향으로 회전시켜 수평으로 유지시키는 제 2단계로 이루어진 제신기 제어 방법.
