Abstract
건의 자세 여하에 구속되지 않고, 또 작업물이 무리하게 눌리지 않으며, 전극의 소모, 작업물의 두께 등에 대한 고려를 필요로 하지 않고 정확하게 작동할 수 있는 C형 용접건. C형 용접건은 하우징에 두 개의 서보모터가 설치되어 있는 동시에, 이 하우징에 C자형의 암이 고정되어 있고 가동 암이 하우징 내에 배설되어 있다. 제1의 서보모터의 출력축의 회전을 가동 암의 왕복 운동으로 변환하는 기구가 상기 하우징 내에 설치되고, 제2의 서보모터의 출력축의 회전을 상기 C자형 암의 왕복운동으로 변환하는 기구가 로보트의 손목과 상기 하우징 사이에 설치되었으며, 상기 양 서보모터를 동시 구동함과 동시에 상기 C자형의 암측의 전극의 작업물에의 접촉 신호에 따라 상기 제2의 서보모터를 정지시키려고 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 C형 용접건의 제어장치의 일부 단면 측면도이다.
Claims (1)
- 그의 접속된 제1 및 제2의 서보모터(1, 16)와, 그에 고정되며 그것의 끝단에 하나의 전극(21)을 가진 C자형의 암(22)과, 그 내부에 배설되며 그것의 끝단에 하나의 전극(11)을 가지는 가동 암(12)과, 그 내부에 배설되어 제1의 서보모터(1)의 출력축(3)의 회전을 가동 암(12)의 왕복운동으로 변환하는 기구들(6, 7, 8)을 포함하는 하우징을 포함하여 로보트의 손목(20)에 접속되며, 또한 제2의 서보모터(16)의 출력축(17)의 회전을 C자형의 암(22)의 왕복운동으로 변환하는 기구들(18, 19)을 로보트의 손목과(20)과 상기의 하우징(2) 사이에 배설시켜 더욱 포함하는 C형 용접전에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 서보모터(1, 16)를 동시에 구동시키고 또한 상기 C자형의 암(22)측의 전극(21)이 작업물(24)에 접촉하는 것을 나타내는 신호에 따라 상기 제2의 서보모터(16)의 조작을 정지시키기 위한 제어기(23)를 가지는 제어장치를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 C형 용접전의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
