Claims (1)

  1. 공업용 로보트 핸드의 구동기구(機構)로서 유체압(壓) 실린더를 설치하고, 이 유체실린더를 다련(多漣) 또는 다단구성으로 하여 공업용 로보트의 교시모우드(敎示 mode)에 있어서 설정된 파악력 지정에 의거하여, 이 다련 또는 다단실린더에 대한 유체공급을 변화시키고, 그것에 의해 핸드의 파악력을 다단적으로 제어할 수 있도록 한 공업용 로보트 핸드의 작동장치.
