제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 배기 브레이크 장치의 실린더부의 종단면도.
제2도 및 제3도는 각각, 종래의 배기 브레이크장치의 종단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 엔진의 배기통로에 배설된 습동자재로운 개폐판을, 실린더내에 왕복동 가능하게 배설된 제1의 피스톤에 연결하고, 상기 실린더내로 구동압을 급배하여서 상기 개폐관을 개폐하도록 된 배기 브레이크장치에 있어서,
    (a)탄성부재와,
    (b)상기 구동압에 의하여 구동되어 상기 탄성부재를 탄성 변형시키는 제2의 피스톤과,
    (c)상기 구동압이 해제될시, 상시 탄성부재의 복원력을 상기 제1의 피스톤에 대하여 그 복동방향으로 작용시키는 전달부재를, 각각 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재가 상기 실린더내의 종단부로 배치되고, 접시형 스프링의 방향을 상호 상이하게 복수개 중첩된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 브레이크 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전달부재가 제2의 피스톤의 일부로서 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 브레이크 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 피스톤이 상기 실린더내의 종단부 부근에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 브레이크 장치.
