Abstract

본 발명은 풀어진 VCR테이프를 다 감고 언로딩하여 테이프의 손상을 방지한 VCR테이프의 언로딩 장치와 그 방법에 관한 것이다. VCR마이콤은 종래 공급릴과 감기릴의 회전속도를 파악하여 테이프의 잔량을 감지하는데 사용했던 공급릴 펄스발생기 및 감기릴 펄스 발생기와 VCR마이콤 내에 있는 타이머와 카운터를 이용하여 테이프가 풀어져 있는지 감지하고 풀어진 테이프는 VCR서보계의 제어를 통해 캡스턴 모터의 적절한 구동으로 다 감고 언로딩한다. 이렇게 함으로 이물이나 잼등으로 인한 테이프의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 외부 키보드로부터 입력을 받는 판단부와 VCR서보계 및 로딩모터 구동계로 신호를 출력하는 제어신호 발생부로 구성된 VCR마이콤과, 상기 VCR서보계 및 로딩모터 구동계의 제어를 받아 구동하는 캡스턴 모터 및 로딩모터로 구성된 VCR테이프의 언로딩 장치에 있어서, 공급릴과 감기릴의 각각의 회전여부를 감지하여 그 상태를 상기 VCR마이콤의 판단부에 공급하는 공급릴 및 감기릴의 회전감지수단과, 상기 판단부와 상호 데이타 교환이 가능하고 상기 판단부에 상기 두 회전감지수단으로부터 일정시간 동안 입력되는 신호가 있는지를 판단하기 위한 타이머와, 상기 판단부와 데이타 교환이 가능하고 상기 판단부에 상기 감기릴의 회전감지수단으로부터 입력되는 신호를 계수하는 카운터로 구성되어, VCR테이프의 언로딩시 테이프가 풀어진 경우에 풀어진 테이프를 다 감고 언로딩하여 테이프의 손상을 방지하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 VCR테이프의 언로딩 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판단부는 디스플레이부와 연결되어 VCR의 상태를 사용자에게 알려주도록하는 것을 특징으로 한 VCR테이프의 언로딩 장치.
  3. 키보드를 통해 언로딩 모드가 선택되는 과정과, 일정시간 캡스턴 모터가 현재 회전방향의 역방향으로 회전하여 공급릴을 구동시키고 일정시간동안 공급릴 회전감지수단으로부터 VCR마이콤에 입력되는 신호가 있는지를 감지하는 과정과, 상기공급릴 회전감지수단으로부터 일정시간동안 입력되는 신호가 있을때 상기 VCR마이콤이 감기릴 회전감지수단으로부터 상기 VCR마이콤에 입력되는 신호가 일정횟수 입력되는 또는 일정시간동안 압력되는 신호가 없는지를 감지하는 과정과, 감기릴 회전감지수단으로부터 일정횟수의 신호가 입력될때 또는 일정시간동안 입력되는 신호가 없을때 로딩 모터를 언로딩 방향으로 구동시켜 언로딩한 후 상기 캡스터 모터와 로딩모터를 중지시키는 과정을 포함하여 테이프가 풀어진 경우에 풀어진 테이프를 다 감고 언로딩함으로써 테이프의 손상을 방지하도록 하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 VCR테이프의 언로딩 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공급릴 회전감지수단으로부터 일정시간동안 입력되는 신호가 없으면 디스플레이부에 에러 메세지를 출력하고 상기 캡스턴 모터를 정지시키는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VCR테이프의 언로딩 방법.
