Abstract
본 발명의 투명 홀로그램시일은 홀로그램형성층(4), 투명 증착층(10), 착색층(12), 접착고정층(14)과 접착층(16)이 베이스부재(2)의 하부표면상에 순차적으로 적층되어 구성된다.
본 적층체는 접착층(16)의 존재에 의해 시일로서 사용된다. 베이스부재(2)가 적당한 강성(가요성, 인장강도)과 표면 편평성을 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
홀로그램형성층(4)온 릴리프타입 홀로그램상을 갖는다. 투명 중착층(10)은 고굴절률층(6)과 저굴절률층(8)을 교호로 적층하여 구성된 다층 세라믹층이며 그 두께는 ㎛ 이하로 설정되는 것이 바람직하다. 투명증착층(10)에서 소정파장범위에서의 가시광의 색은 광이 그를 통하여 투과되거나 그로부터 반사되는 경우 보는 각도에 따라서 변한다.

- 베이스부재; 상기 베이스부재 위에 형성된 홀로그램층; 샹기 흘로그램층 위에 형성되고, 굴절률이 다른 제1 및 제2세라믹 재질의 적층구조로 구성된 투명 증착층; 및 상기 투명 증착층 위에 형성된 접착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 베이스부재; 상기 베이스부재 위에 형성된 분리층; 상기 분리층 위에 형성된 홀로그램층; 상기 홀로그램층 위에 형성되고, 굴절률이 다른 제1 및 제2세라믹 재질의 적충구조로 구성된 투명 증착층; 및 상기 투명 증착층 위에 형성된 접착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 베이스부재; 상기 베이스부재 위에 형성된 홀로그램층; 상기 홀로그램층 위에 형성되고, 굴절률이 다른 제1 및 제2세라믹 재질의 적층구조로 구성된 투명 증착층; 상기 투명 증착층 위에 형성된 분리층; 및 상기 분리층 위에 형성된 접착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체,

- 반사성 베이스부재; 및 상기 베이스부재 위에 부분적으로 형성되고, 상기 베이스부재 부분상의 적층구조의 수가 다르며, 굴절률이 다른 제1 및 제2세라믹 재질의 적층구조로 구성된 투명 증착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 반사성 베이스부재; 및 상기 베이스부재 위에 부분적으로 형성되고, 상기 베이스부재 부분상의 적층구조의 두께가 다르며, 굴절률이 다른 제1 및 제2세라믹 재질의 적층구조로 구성된 투명증착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1세락믹재질이 산화마그네슘, 이산화규소, 플루오르화 마그네슘, 플루오르화칼슘, 플루오르화세륨, 플루오르화 알루미늄 및 산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선정된 하나이며, 상기 제2세라믹재질은 이산화티탄, 이산화지르코늄, 황화아연, 산화 아연, 산화인듐, 이산화세륨 및 산호탄탈로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선정된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착층과 상기 분리층중 하나가 패턴형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체
- 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄층이 특정방향에서 본 상기 투명증착층의 색과 동일 또는 유사한 색을 갖는 패턴형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재가 금, 알루미늄, 크롬 및 니켈로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선정된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 증착층 위에 형성되며 Ⅲ 내지 Ⅳ족의 원소, 그 산화물, 탄화물, 또는 봉화물로 형성된 박막층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
