Abstract

디프렌셜 기어의 회전에 의하여 쳐올려지는 오일을 각 축의 프론트 베어링 부분에 공급하여 윤활성을 향상시킬 목적으로;변속기 하우징 내면에 돌출 형성되는 지지보스에 형성된 고정공에 베어링을 개재시켜 입력축과 출력축을 배치함에 있어서, 상기 입력축과 출력축 사이의 지지보스 상측부를 뿔 형태로 디프렌셜 기어를 향하는 격벽을 형성하고, 입력축의 지지보스 부분을 상측으로 약간 돌출시켜 2개의 홈이 형성되도록 하며, 상기 홈의 하단부에 고정공으로 관통하는 오일통로를 형성하고, 상기 격벽의 내측으로 커버를 씌워 상기 홈이 통로가 되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 수동변속기의 프론트 베어링 오일 공급구조를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 변속기 하우징 내면에 돌출 형성되는 지지보스에 형성된 고정공에 베어링을 개재시켜 입력축과 출력축을 배치함에 있어서, 이에 이웃하는 디프렌셜 기어의 회전에 의하여 쳐올려지는 오일이 베어링부에 공급되도록 하기 위하여 상기 입력축과 출력축 사이의 지지보스 상측부를 뿔 형태로 디프렌셜 기어를 향하는 격벽을 형성하고, 입력축의 지지보스 부분을 상측으로 약간 돌출시켜 2개의 홈이 형성되도록 하며, 상기 홈의 하단부에 고정공으로 관통하는 오일통로를 형성하고, 상기 격벽의 내측으로 커버를 씌워 상기 홈이 통로가 되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 수동변속기의 프론트 베어링 오일 공급구조.
