Abstract

본 발명은 황토흙을 주재료로 한 토담집의 구축공법에 관한 것이다.
황토흙을 주재료로 사용한 토담집은 보온성 및 방음성이 뛰어나 겨울에는 따뜻하며, 여름에는 시원한 생활 공간을 제공하게 된다. 본 발명은 황토흙으로 벽체와 천정을 구축하는 공법이며, 본 발명의 특징은 황토흙 벽내에 골조 및 철망을 삽치하여 지지력을 키웠으며, 황토 천정과 콘크리트 천정을 일체로하여 안전성에 문제가 없고 건물에 있어 힘을 받는 주요지점에는 절근 콘크리트 기둥을 세워 보강력 및 지지력이 튼튼하여 2층, 3층까지도 축조가 가능하도록 하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일정 깊이를 파고 그위에 기초를 다진후 힘을 받는 부분에 철근 콘크리트 기둥(6)을 입설하고, 철근 콘크리트 기둥(6) 사이에 사다리 형태(H형)의 골조(2) 또는 격자형 골조를 일정 간격으로 입설시킨 후 상기 골조(2) 좌우양측에 철망(3) 및 판재(4)를 덧입혀 부착한 후, 판재(4) 사이에 황토흙(5)을 다져 넣어 벽체(1)를 구성토록 하며, 천정 넓이의 판재(12) 위에 철망(13)을 부착하고, 철망(13)위에 일정 간격으로 각목(14)을 배열한 다음 상기 각목(14)과 판재(12)를 일체로 고정되게 하며, 상기 각목(14)에 고리모양의 지지체(15)를 삽치한 후, 지지체(15)의 중간까지 황토흙(11)을 잘다져 평평하게 조성한 후 상기 지지체(15)의 단부(15')가 매입되게 철근 콘크리트층(17)을 형성토록 한 황토흙을 주재료로 한 토담집의 구축방법.
