Abstract

주철제 접동부재는 3.0중량%≤C≤3.6중량%, 1.6중량%≤Si≤2.4중량%, 0.2중량%≤Mn≤1.5중량%, 0.5중량%≤Cr≤1.5중량%, 1.0중량%≤Ni≤3.0중량%, 0.5중량%≤Mo≤1.0중량%을 함유함과 아울러 Bi, Te 및 Ce의 3종류중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 칠화 촉진 원소 EL를 0.0003중량%≤EL≤0.1중량% 함유하고 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 된 주철로 구성되며, 접동부가 칠화되어 있다. 따라서 접동부의 내스카핑성과 내피팅성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 3.0중량%≤C≤3.6중량%, 1.6중량%≤Si≤2.4중량%, 0.2중량%≤Mn≤1.5중량%, 0.5중량%≤Cr≤1.5중량%, 1.0중량%≤Ni≤3.0중량%, 0.5중량%≤Mo≤1.0중량%을 함유함과 아울러 Bi, Te 및 Ce의 3종류중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 칠화 촉진 원소 EL를 0.0003중량%≤EL≤0.1중량% 함유하고 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 된 주철로 구성되며, 접동부가 칠화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주철제 접동부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칠화 촉진 원소 EL의 상한치가 EL<0.001중량%인 주철제 접동부재.
