Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 프레임에 부착되는 보강판의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 충돌이 충격에너지를 흡수하여 운전자를 보호하도록, 사각형상의 주름관(10) 양측면에 나선형 연장부(11)가 선단에서 후단까지 연장 형성되고, 주름관(10)의 각 코너부에 일정간격으로 돌출부(12)가 각기 관 내측으로 벤딩되며, 전면부에 전면플레이트(13)가 부착되어, 완성된 자동차의 프레임(20) 선단부나 후단부에 주름관(10)의 후단부가 부착되며, 주름관(10) 내부로 벤딩된 돌출부(12)의 강도가 상대적으로 약하게 구성되어, 주행중 자동차의 전면부나 후면부에 충격을 받으면, 주름관(10) 코너의 돌출부(12)들이 스프링이 압축되는 것과 같이, 단계적으로 절첩되게 되어 충격에너지를 단계적으로 흡수하도록 하는 자동차의 충격흡수용 보강판 구조이다.

  1. 사각형의 주름관 양측면에 나선형의 연장부가 형성되고, 상기 주름관의 각 코너부에 일정간격으로 돌출부가 각기 관 내측으로 벤딩됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 충격흡수용 보강판 구조.
