Abstract

차량의 주행 조건에 따라 롤 센터(Roll-Center)의 높이를 자동적으로 조정되도록 함으로써, 차량의 안전성 및 조종 안정성, 그리고 승차감을 향상시킬 목적으로 ; 휠을 회전가능하게 지지하는 휠 지지체와 ; 쇽 업소오버 및 스프링의 조립체로 형성되어 상기 휠 지지체의 상단과 차체를 연결하여 주는 스트러트 아암과 ; 상기 휠 지지체의 하단을 차체와 연결하여 주는 로워아암과 ; 상기 로워아암의 차체측단 연결부와 차체 사이에 배치되어 유압에 의하여 마운트 높이를 상하 조절하여 롤 센터 높이 및 위치를 조절하는 롤 센터 조절수단을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 롤 센터 조절수단은 상하 유체실의 유압 조절로 로워아암의 차체측 마운트 높이를 조절할 수 있는 탄성부재와 ; 유압펌프로부터 상기 탄성부재에 공급되는 유압의 방향을 제어하는 방향 전환밸브와 ; 차속센서와, 횡력센서의 전기적인 신호를 받아 상기 방향 전환밸브를 제어하는 전자 제어유닛을 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 현가장치를 제공한다.

제6도는 종래 기술의 설명을 위한 현가장치의 구성도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 휠을 회전가능하게 지지하는 휠 지지체와 ; 쇽 업소오버 및 스프링의 조립체로 형성되어 상기 휠 지지체의 상단과 차체를 연결하여 주는 스트러트 아암과 ; 상기 휠 지지체의 하단을 차체와 연결하여 주는 로워아암과 ; 상기 로워아암의 차체측단 연결부와 차체 사이에 배치되어 유압에 의하여 마운트 높이를 상하 조절하여 롤 센터 높이 및 위치를 조절하는 롤 센터 조절수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 현가장치를 포함하여 유압에 의해 콘트롤 암의 마운트 위치를 상하 조절하여 롤 센터 높이를 조절하는 수단을 가진 모든 자동차의 현가장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 롤 센터 조절수단은 상하 유체실의 유압 조절로 로워아암의 차체측 마운트 높이를 조절할 수 있는 탄성부재와 ; 유압펌프로부터 상기 탄성부재에 공급되는 유압의 방향을 제어하는 방향 전환밸브와 ; 차속센서와, 횡력센서의 전기적인 신호를 받아 상기 방향 전환밸브를 제어하는 전자 제어유닛을 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 현가장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성부재는 내, 외측관 사이로 내부 상하측에 상호 격리되는 상하 유체실을 갖는 탄성부시가 배치되어 차체에 형성된 브라켓 하우징 내부로 삽입 결합되며, 내측관을 관통하는 고정볼트에 의하여 상기 로워아암의 차체측 연결부와 연결이 이루어지고, 상기 상하 유체실은 그의 일부가 외부와 연통되어 이에 개재되는 연결관에 의하여 방향 전환밸브와 관로로 연결이 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 현가장치.
