Abstract

이 발명은 자동차의 브레이크에 베어 유닛 부착구조에 관한 것이다.
브레이크 제어 유닛을 탑재하는 브라켓의 다리부의 구조를 배관 접속 작업에 지장을 초래하는 일 없이 간단하게 하여 코스트 절감을 도모한 것으로서, 브레이크계 제어유닛(5)을 탑재하는 브라켓(20)의 다리부(22)의 하측부에 형성한 만곡부(22b)를 앞바퀴 하우스(1)의 측면에 중합 고정하고, 또한 다리부(22)를 접합한 재치대부(21)의 끝단부 아래쪽에 오버행부(23)를 형성하고, 또한 상기 중합부분에 집중배관부(10)를 설치하고 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 앞바퀴 하우스의 스트럿 타워 후방부위에 이 앞바퀴 하우스의 상면에 고정되는 대략 수평한 재치대부와, 이 재치대부의 끝단부에 설치되고 아래끝단이 앞 사이드멤버에 고정되는 다리부와로 대략L자형상으로 형성된 브라켓을 부착하고, 상기 재치대부상에 브레이크계 제어유닛을 탑재하는 구조에 있어서, 상기 다리부의 하측부에 앞바퀴 하우스의 측면형상에 맞추어 만곡 형성되고 이 앞바퀴 하우스의 측면에 중합 고정되는 만곡부가 형성됨과 아울러, 다리부의 상측부가 이 만곡부로부터 위쪽으로 수직형상으로 연장형성되고, 재치대부의 하면에 그 끝단부로부터 재치대부 중앙측에 오프셋된 위치에 접합되고, 이 재치대부의 끝단부 아래쪽에 오버행부가형성되고, 또한 상기 만곡부와 앞바퀴 하우스 측면과의 중합부분을 관통하여 연료계 및 브레이크계의 집중배관부가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크계 제어 유닛 부착구조.
