Abstract
중앙공(60)이 형성된 설치판(14)은 자동차의 흙받이(10)에 공기 제동압력 부스터(22)를 조여서 고정하는 기능을 수행한다. 제동압력 부스터(22)는 전방으로부터 설치판(14)내의 중앙공(60)을 통과하고 후방으로부터 설치판(60)과 접촉하는 보강판(66)내에 존재하는 중앙리세스(70)를 통해 밀려들어가는 후방돌출 관상 연결편(52)이 형성된 후방 하우징부(50)를 포함한다. 이러한 방식으로, 제동압력 부스터(22)는 설치판(14) 및 보강판(66)에 대해 그 중심이 정해진다.
보강판(66)은 자동차에서 통상적으로 사용되는 페달장치(20)를 지지하는 지지블록(68)과 일체로 형성된다. 페달장치(20)는 보강판(66)이 설치판(14) 및 제동압력 부스터(22)와 함께 놓이기 전에, 동시에 흙받이에 고정되는 한 완전히 예비조립된다.

Claims (7)
- -후방으로 돌출된 관성 연결편(52)을 갖춘 후방 하우징부(50)를 포함하며 자동차의 흙받기(10)내에 형성된 개구(12)내로 삽입될수 있는 공기 제동압력 부스터(22)와, -흙받이(10)에 조여져서 개구(12)를 폐쇄하는 설치판(14)과, -관성 연결편(52) 부근에 위치하는 지지블록을 포함하는 페달장치(20)로 구성된 자동차용 브레이트 액추에이터 어셈블리에 있어서, -설치판(4)은 제동압력 부스터(22)와는 독립적으로 작용하며 중앙공(60)을 구비한 부재로 구성되고, -제동압력 부스터(22)의 후방 하우징부(50)는 중앙공(60)을 관통하여 후방에 연결되며 설치판(14)에 부착되는 관상 연결편(52)을 구비하며, -지지블록(68)은 관성 연결편(52)이 또한 관통하는 중앙 리세스(70)가 제공된 공통 보강판(66)과 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 설치판(14)은 그 중앙공(60)에 형성된 칼라(62)를 포함하며, 관성 연결편(52)은 칼라의 내측에 그 중심이 정해지고, 보강판(66)은 칼라의 외측에 그 중심이 정해짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 환상 플랜지(64)는 설치판(14)에 놓인 칼라(62) 둘레에 형성되어 있고, 후방 하우징부(50)와 보강판(66)의 저접촉면(54)간에 조여짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 후방 하우징부(50) 및 설치판(14)은 환상 플랜지(64)로부터 시작하여 외향 분기됨으로써 발포제로 채워지는 중간 공간(112)을 한정함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 타이 볼트(46, 48)는 보강판(66), 설치판(14) 및 제동압력 부스터(22)를 관통하며, 제동압력 부스터(22)의 전방에 배치된 마스터 실린더(24)는 타이 볼트에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
- 제5항에 있어서, -제동액 용기(28)는 마스터 실린더(24)에 연결되고, -클러치 페달(74)은 지지블록(68)에 의해 지지되고 클러치용 유압식 작동장치(80)에 연결되며, -타이 볼트(46, 48)는 중공구조로 되어 있고 제동액 용기(28)와 유압식 작동장치(80) 또는 상기 유압식 작동장치와 클러치간을 각각 연결하는 연결선의 일부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 액추에이터 어셈블리.
