Abstract

완충부재를 서브 프레임에 배치하여 차체로 입력되는 충격등을 완화시킴으로써, 승차감을 향상시키고, 점유공간의 축소로 실내공간을 크게 확보할 수 있으며, 선회시 조종성과 안전성을 양립시킬 목적으로 , 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지함과 동시에 그의 상측단이 상방으로 연장되어 이의 연장부 선단이 휠보다 높은 위치가지 연장되며, 하측부에 구동축 관통공을 갖는 휠 지지체와 ; 상기 휠 지지체의 상단을 차체와 연결하여 주는 어퍼 콘트를 아암과 ; 상기 휠 지지체의 하측을 차체에 연결하여 주는 로워 컨트를 링크와 , 차체 길이방향으로 배치되어 상기 휠 지지체의 전측부를 차체와 연결하여 주는 트레일링 아암과 ; 쇽 업소오버와 스프링의 조립체로 구성되어 구동축의 전후측에 서브 프레임과 로워 콘트 롤 아암 사이로 배치되는 2개의 완충부재를 포함하고 이들 완충부재의 특성을 각각 를리게 해줌으로써 이루어지는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치를 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지함과 동시에 그의 상측단이 상방으로 연장되어 이의 연장부 선단이 휠보다 높은 위치가지 연장되며, 하측부에 구통축 관통공을 갖는 휠 지지체와 , 상기 휠 지지체의 상단을 차체와 연결하여 주는 어퍼 콘트톨 아암과 ; 상기 휠 지지체의 하측을 차체에 연결하여 주는 로워 컨트롤 링크차 ; 차체 길이방향으로 배치되어 상기 휠 지지체의 전측부를 차체와 연결하여 주는 트레일링 아암과 ; 쇽 업소오버와 스프링의 조립체로 구성리어 구동축의 전후측에 서브 프레임과 로워 콘트롤 아암 사이로 배치되는 2개의 완충부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 휠 지지체의 연장부는 휠측으로 만곡되는 형태를 취하며, 그의 상단이 휠의 상측에 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 어퍼 콘트를 아담은 휠측 연결부가 상기 휠지지체의 연장부의 상단과 볼 죠인트 연결되고, 차체측 연결부는 전후측으로 분리되어 차체와 탄성부시를 개재시켜 연결되는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 로워 콘트톨 아암은 전후 2개의 아암으로 형성되어 휠측단 연결부는 평면상으로 한데 모아쳐 휠 지지체의 하측에 볼죠인트 연결되며, 차체측 연결부는 서브 프레임에 탄성부시를 개재시켜 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 완충부재는 전측 완충부재의 스프링 상수와 댐핑계수를 Ksf와 Cf 라 하고, 후측 완충부재의 스프링 상수와 댐핑계수를 Ksf와 Cf라고 할때, Ksf＜Ksr, Cf＞Cr로 설정한것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후륜 현가장치.
