Abstract
본 발명은 표시화면에 코팅부를 형성하는 방법과 코팅부를 갖는 표시화면을 포함한 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 음극선관(1)의 표시화면(3)에는 예를 들어 ATO(Sb:SnO2)입자들인 도전성 입자들을 포함하는 정전기방지코팅부(8)가 제공되며,그러한 코팅부는 반사방지효과를 얻기 위한 이산화 규소로 된 적어도 하나이상의 부가층(10)을 포함한다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 코팅의 파장λ(nm)의 함수로서의 투과율 T(%)을 도시한 도면.
제5A도와 제5B도는 이산화규소로 된 부가층과 이산화규소로 된 제2의 부가적인 광택방지층을 갖는 ATO(그리고, 폴리파이롤)입자들로 이루어진 코팅부의 파장λ(nm)의 함수로서의 상대반사율 R(%)을 도시한 도면.
Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 정전기방지층(an antistatic layer)을 포함하여 표시화면(a display screen)상의 하나 이상의 층으로 이루어진 정전기방지코팅부(an antistatic coating)를 제공하는 코팅부형성방법에 있어서, 도전성 입자들로 된 제1층이 제공되고 난 후에 합성물(a compound)로 된 제2층이 제공되어 상기 합성물이 상기 제1층속으로 침투하고, 그 후에 상기 합성물은 고온(an increased temperature)에서 열처리됨으로써 부가적으로 제2층으로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 다공성 층(a porous layer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 안티몬으로 도핑된 산화주석(antimony-doped tin oxide)인 도전성 입자들의 수성 현탁액(an aqueous suspension)이 상기 표시화면상에 제공되고 나서 건조됨으로써 상기 정전기방지층을 형성한 후에 상기 제2층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2층이 알코올성이나 수성의 알콕시실랜이나 알콕시티탄의 합성물로 된 층으로 제공되고 그 후에 상기 알콕시실랜이나 알콕시티탄은 고온에서 열처리됨으로써 이산화규소나 이산화티타늄으로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1층과 제2층이 상기 표시화면의 회전을 중단함이 없이 스피닝에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기방지코팅부가 음극선관의 일부를 이룬 표시화면상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 입자들이 50mm이하의 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제3항, 제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 폴리파이롤로 된 라텍스입자들이 ATO 입자들이 수용액에 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콕시실랜합성물의 알코올용액으로 된 제3층이 상기 제2층위에 분무된 후에 상기 알콕시실랜합성물이 고온에서 열처리됨으로써 이산화규소로 된 또다른 부가층으로 변환되고 상기 또다른 부가층은 광택방지효과를 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅부형성방법.
- 적어도 하나 이상의 정전기방지층(an antistatic layer)을 포함하여 하나 이상의 층으로 이루어진 정전기방지코팅부(an antistatic coating)를 갖는 표시창(a display window)를 포함한 표시장치(a display device)에 있어서, 상기 정전기방지층이 상기 표시창에 직접적으로 접해 있고 이산화규소나 이산화티타늄에 매립되어 있는 50mm 이하의 직경을 갖는 도전성 입자들을 포함하여, 그러한 정전기방지층이 이산화규소나 이산화티타늄을 함유한 제2의 매끈한 부가층으로 덮혀 있고, 제1층 제2층의 조립체가 가시광선에 대한 반사방지효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 입자들이 안티몬으로 도핑된 산화주서(ATO : antimony-doped tinoxide)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 정전기방지층과 상기 제2층의 각각이 가시영역에 있는 파정을 λ라고 할 때 λ/4의 광학적 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 광택방지효과를 갖는 이상화규소로 된 제3층이 상기 제2층상에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항, 제11항, 제12항, 또는 제13항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 부가층들에는 투광율에 선택적으로 영향을 주는 도료(a pigment)나 염료(a dye)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항, 제11항, 제12항, 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 폴리파이롤라텍스입자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부가 1 내지 20MΩ/면적의 범위내의 표면저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
