Abstract

내열성 라벨과 이를 제조하는 방법을 기술하였다. 이 라벨은 실리콘 수지 20 내지 95중량%와 무기 단결정성 섬유 80 내지 5중량%로부터 제조된 필름과, 실리콘 수지 10 내지 80중량%와 금속 분말 90 내지 20중량%로부터 제조된 접착제로 이루어져 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 실리콘 수지 20 내지 95중량%와 무기 단결정성 섬유 5 내지 87중량%를 포함하는 필름과 실리콘 수지 10 내지 80중량%와 금속 분말 20 내지 90중량%를 포함하며 필름에 부착된 접착제를 포함하는 라벨.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름과 접착제를 구성하고 있는 실리콘 수지의 중량평균분자량이 200 내지 5,000,000의 범위인 라벨.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 구성하고 있는 실리콘 수지가, 중량평균분자량이 200 내지 500,000 정도로 작은 실리콘 수지와 중량평균분자량이 위에서 언급한 실리콘 수지의 10 내지 1,000배 정도로 큰 실리콘 수지를 5:95 내지 50:50(중량%)의 비율로 포함하는 혼합물인 라벨.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 구성하고 있는 실리콘 수지가 100℃ 미만의 온도에서 경화된 라벨.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제를 구성하고 있는 실리콘 수지가 100℃ 이상의 온도에서 경화된 라벨.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 필름과 접착제를 구성하고 있는 실리콘 수지가 직쇄형 실리콘 수지콘 50중량% 이상의 양으로 함유라는 라벨.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 실리콘 수지 20내지 90중량%, 무기 단결정성 섬유 5내지 60중량% 및 분해개시온도가 350℃ 이하인 수지 5 내지 20중량%를 포함하는 라벨.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 필름이, 실리콘 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 실리콘 수지 가교결합제를 0.1 내지 100중량부의 양으로 함유하는 라벨.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 가교결합제가 붕산, 유기용소 화합물 및 유기 금속 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 라벨.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 실리콘 수지 10 내지 75중량% 금속 분말 24.9중량 %와 붕소 화합물 0.1 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 라벨.
  11. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 분말이 알루미늄 분말, 아연 분말 및 스테인레스 강 분말로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹을 포함하는 라벨.
  12. 실리콘 수지 20 내지 95중량%와 무기 단결정성 섬유 5 내지 80중량%로 부터 제조된 필름과 실리콘 수지 10 내지 80중량%와 금속 분말 20 내지 90중량%로 부터 제조되며 필름에 부착된 접착제를 포함하는 라벨을 내열성 기재에 점착시킨 다음, 기재를 200 내지 700℃의 온도에서 처리함을 포함하여, 내열성 기재 위의 라벨을 베이킹 (baking)하는 방법.
