Abstract

본 발명은 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트와 스텐실 이쇄시 천공불량, 주름 및 이동 불량과 인쇄 불량이 전혀 발생되지 않는 이점을 갖는 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트를 천공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 수지 필름을 다공성 지지체에 적층시킴으로써 구성된 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트에 있어서, 본 발명은 상기 수지 필름과 같이 두께가 0.1 내지 100㎛의 범위인 용매 가용성 수지를 사용하여 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트를 천공하는 방법; 용매에 대한 수지 필름으 용해도가, 20℃에서 두께가 10㎛인 수지 필름의 경우 , 100sec 이내인 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트 ; 수지 10중량%를 용매에 용해시킨 용액의 점도가 20℃에서, 1,000cps 이하인 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트; 용매 가용성 수지 필름을 용매를 사용하여 다공성 지지체에 적층시킴으로써 구성된 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트 및 용해도가, 20℃에서 두께가 10㎛인 수지층의 경우, 100sec이하이고 용액의 점도가 20℃에서 1,000cps이하인 용매를 사용하여 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트를 천공하는 방법을 포함한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트의 천공을 나타내는 정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 다공성 지지체와 당해 지지체 위에 적층된 수지 필름(여기서, 수지 필름은 두께가 0.1 내지 100㎛의 범위인 용매 가용성 수지 필름이다)을 포함하는 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매에 대한 수지 필름의 용해도가, 20℃에서 두께가 10㎛인 수지 필름의 경우, 100sec이내인 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지 10중량을 용매에 용해시킨 용액의 점도가 20℃에서 1,000cps이하인 스텐실 인쇄용시이트.
  4. 스텐시 인쇄용 시이트가 다공성 지지체와 당해 지지체 위에 적층된 용매 가용성 수지 필름을 포함하고, 용매에대한 수지의 용해도가, 20℃에서 두께가 10㎛인 수지 필름의 경우, 10sec이내이며, 수지 10중량%를 용매에 용해시킨 용액의 점도가 20℃에서 1,000cps이하임을 특징으로 하여, 용매를 사용하여 스텐실 인쇄용 시이트를 천공하는 방법.
