Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de substrat céramique multicouches utilisé dans les assemblages de dispositif à circuits intégrés. Le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes : la formation de plusieurs feuilles de céramique non vernies et poreuses, l'imprégnation des pores de la feuille de céramique non vernie avec un liant organique, la formation d'ouvertures à travers la feuille de céramique imprégnée, le remplissage des ouvertures et d'une configuration de circuits conducteurs imprimée avec un matériau conducteur, l'assemblage des différentes feuilles de céramique imprégnée, imprimée et perforée en une unité laminée, et le chauffage de cette unité pour former une structure laminée unitaire comportant un système de circuits internes interconnectés. Utilisation dans l'industrie des circuits intégrés et des assemblages de semiconducteurs.
