Abstract

본 발명은 회전 부재 전용 기판을 설치하지 않고 로터를 회전시키기 위한 실린더 모터 장치에 관한 것으로, 본체 기판(31)의 한쪽면에는 실린더(14)와 동일 각도로 경사진 스테이터 코어 조립체(22)가 설치되어 있다. 스테이터 코어 조립체(220)에는 코일(23)이 감겨 있다. 이 코일(23)에는 본체 기판(31)으로 부터 전류가 공급되도록 구성된다. 샤프트(16)을 회전시킬 경우는 본체 기판(31)이 코일(23)에 전압을 인가함으로써 코일(23)에 전류를 공급하고, 마그네트(27)에 회전 자계가 인가되어 로터(24)를 회전시키는 힘이 발생되어 로터(24)와 샤프트(16)가 회전한다. 이것에 의하여 회전 부재 전용 기판을 설치하는 일없이 로터를 회전시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 모터 장치의 1실시예를 도시한 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 샤시 본체를 하방으로 부터 본 사시도,
제3도는 제1도의 모터장치를 사용한 비디오 테이프 레코더의 분해 사시도.

Claims (17)

  1. 샤프트를 자유로이 회전할 수 있도록 지지하여 샤시 본체에 고정된 지지부재와; 상기 지지부재와는 반대 방향으로 개방되는 링형상의 오목 형상으로 형성되는 스테이터 수용부와 상기 오목형상 내부에 설치된 마그네트를 구비하고 상기 샤프트에 고정되는 로터와; 이 로터의 스테이터 수용부에 위치하도록 본체 기판에 고정된 스테이터와; 상기 본체 기판에 설치되고 상기 로터의 회전 제어를 행하는 전기 회로 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  2. 샤프트를 자유로이 회전할 수 있도록 지지하여 회전축이 샤시 본체의 평면에 대하여 소정의 각도를 갖도록 당해 샤시 본체에 고정된 실린더와; 상기 실린더와는 반대 방향으로 개방되는 링형상의 오목 형상으로 형성되는 스테이트 수용부와 상기 오목 형상 내부에 설치된 마그네트를 구비하고, 상기 샤프트에 고정되는 로터와, 상기 샤시 본체의 평면과 대략 평행으로 배치된 인쇄 배선 기판과; 상기 로터의 스테이터 수용부에 위치하도록 지지부재에 의하여 상기 인쇄 배선 기판에 고정되는 스테이터와; 상기 인쇄 배선 기판에 설치되고, 상기 로터의 회전 제어를 행하는 전기 회로 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  3. 샤프트를 자유로이 회전할 수 있도록 지지하여 회전축이 샤시 본체의 평면에 대하여 소정의 각도를 갖도록 당해 샤시본체에 고정된 실린더와; 자기 헤드가 설치된 상기 샤프트에 고정된 회전 실린더와; 상기 샤시 본체에 설치되는 테이프 카세트가 장착되는 릴 대 및 캡스턴, 핀치롤러를 포함하는 테이프 주행 구동계와; 상기 샤시 본체에 설치되는 상기 장착된 테이프 카세트로 부터 테이프를 인출하여 상기 고정 실린더 및 회전 실린더를 첨접(添接)시키는 인출 부재를 포함하는 테이프 안내 지지계와; 상기 고정 실린더의 저면과는 반대 방향으로 개방되는 링형상의 오목형상으로 형성된 스테이터 수용부와 상기 오목 형상부 내부에 설치된 마그네트를 구비하고, 상기 샤프트에 고정된 로터와; 상기 샤시 본체의 평면과 대략 평행하게 그 샤시 본체의 저면측에 장치되는 인쇄 배선 기판과; 상기 로터의 스테이터 수용부에 위치하도록 지지부재에 의하여 상기 인쇄 배선 기판에 고정된 스테이터와; 상기 인쇄 배선 기판에 설치되고, 상기 로터의 회전 제어, 상기 테이프 주행 구동계의 제어, 상기 테이프 안내 지지계의 제어, 상기 자기 헤드에 의한 테이프로의 정보 신호의 기록 재생 제어를 하는 전기 회로 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체 기판은 관통공을 구비하고, 그 관통공을 상기 로터의 일부가 관통해서 회전하도록 상기 로터의 회전 궤적에 대하여 소정의 각도를 가지고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체 기판은 상기 관통공이 형성된 위치와는 지름 방향 반대측에 회전 위상 검출용 센서가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 상기 스테이터 수용부의 내경 벽부 선단에 측방향으로 외경 벽부 선단보다도 돌출되는 돌기부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 오목 형상의 저부에 관통공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 회전하는 경우에 공기를 상기 관통공으로 유도하는 날개부가 상기 로터의 상기 관통공에 대응하는 위치에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  9. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 배선 기판은 관통공을 구비하고, 그 관통공을 상기 로터의 일부가 관통해서 회전하도록 상기 로터의 회전 궤적에 대하여 소정의 각도를 가지고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  10. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 배선 기판은 상기 관통공이 형성된 위치외는 지름 방향 반대측으로 회전 위상 검출용 센서가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리더 모터 장치.
  11. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 상기 스테이터 수용부의 내경 벽부 선단에 축방향으로 외경 벽부 선단 보다도 더 돌출되는 돌기부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  12. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 오목 형상의 저부에 관통공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 회전하는 경우에 공기를 상기 관통공으로 유도하는 날개부가 상기 관통공에 대응하는 위치에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  14. 샤프트를 자유로이 회전하도록 지지하고 샤시 본체에 고정되는 실린더와; 상기 실린더와는 반대 방향으로 개방되는 링형상의 오목 형상으로 형성된 스테이터 수용부와 상기 오목 형상 내부에 설치된 마그네트를 구비하고, 상기 샤프트에 고정되는 로터와; 이 로터의 스테이터 수용부에 위치하도록 지지부재에 의하여 본체 기판에 고정된 스테이터와; 상기 본체 기판에 설치되고, 상기 로터의 회전 제어를 실시하는 전기 회로 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 본체 기판은 관통공을 구비하고, 그 관통공을 상기 로터의 일부가 관통해서 회전하도록 상기 로터의 회전 궤적에 대하여 소정의 각도를 가지고 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 본체 기판은 상기 관통공이 형성되는 위치와는 지름 방향 반대측으로 회전 위상 검출용 센서가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 로터는 상기 스테이터 수용부의 내경 벽부 선단에 축방향으로 외경 벽부 선단보다도 돌출되는 돌기부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 모터 장치.
