Abstract
본 발명은, 생흡수성 합성 물질의 기공층, 생흡수성 필름 및 생흡수성 생중합체 스폰지 층으로 이루어진 나선형 층들을 포함하는 다중층 나선형 롤 형태의 손상된 인대 및/또는 건을 회복시키기 위한 완전 흡수성 인공기관에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한, 생흡수성 물질의 기공층과 생흡수성 필름을 적층시키는 단계, 생성된 적층물을 생흡수성 중합체를 포함하는 수성 겔의 층으로 피복시키는 단계 및 적층물과 겔 층을 동그랗게 말아서 나선형 롤로 만든 다음 겔을 건조시켜 생흡수성 스폰지의 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 인공기관의 제조방법을 제공한다.
기공층은 인장 강도가 큰 생흡수성 합성 중합체를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 생흡수성 필름과 스폰지 층은 콜라겐과 같은 화학물질 지향성 생중합체를 포함하는 것이 바람직이다.

Claims (27)
- 합성 생흡수성 물질인 기공층, 생흡수성 필름 및 생흡수성 스폰지 층으로 이루어진 나선형 층들을 포함하는 다중층으로 이루어진 나선형 롤 형태의 생흡수성 인대 또는 건 인공기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다중층 나선형 롤의 직경이 1.2내지 21㎜인 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기공층이 락트산 및/또는 글리콜산의 중합체 또는 공중합체, 산화 재생 셀룰로즈, 플리디옥사논(PDS), 락트산과 ε-카프로락탐의 공중합체, 폴리하이드록시부티르산, 또는 하이드록시부티르산과 하이드록시발레르산의 공중합체를 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기공층이 생흡수성 필름 또는 스폰지 층 속에 삽입된 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기공층의 최대 두께가 0.02내지 0.3㎜의 범위인 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생흡수성 필름이 생중합체 또는 화학적으로 가교결합된 생중합체 유도체를 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 생중합체가 콜라겐 또는 글리코스아미노글리칸을 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일 미세액적이 생흡수성 필름에 분산되어 있는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제8항에 있어서, 오일이 생흡수성 필름의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1내지 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생흡수성 필름의 두께가 0.01내지 0.1㎜의 범위인 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생흡수성 스폰지가 생중합체 또는 화학적으로 가교결합된 생중합체 유도체인 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제11항에 있어서, 생흡수성 스폰지가 콜라겐 또는 글리코스아미노글리칸을 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생흡수성 스폰지에 분산된 생흡수성 오일의 미세액적을 추가로 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제13항에 있어서, 생흡수성 오일이 생흡수성 스폰지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1내지 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생분해성 스폰지 층의 두께가 0.5내지 2.5㎜의 범위인 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 실질적으로 제1도에 도시되어 있는 바와 같은 생흡수성 인공기관.
- 손상된 건 또는 인대 회복용 외과 이식 조직을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 생흡수성 인공기관의 용도.
- 생흡수성 물질의 기공층과 생흡수성 필름을 적층시키는 단계, 생성된 적층물을 생흡수성 중합체를 포함하는 수성 겔층으로 피복하는 단계, 적층물과 겔 층을 동그랗게 말아서 나선형 롤로 만드는 단계 및 겔을 건조시켜 생흡수성 스폰지 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 손상된 인대 또는 건물 외과적으로 회복하는데 사용하기 위한 생흡수성 인공기관의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 동그랗게 마는 단계가 360° 완전 회전을 2내지 6회 수행함을 포함하는, 생흡수성 인공기판의 제조방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 생흡수성 필름의 제조단계가 생흡수성 물질의 수용액 또는 현탁액의 층을 제조한 다음 이를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 생흡수성 인공기관의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 생흡수성 물질의 수용액 또는 현탁액의 층을 생흡수성 합성 물질의 기공층 위에 피복시키거나 생흡수성 합성 물질의 층을 생흡수성 물질의 수용액 또는 현탁액의 층속에 참지시키는, 생흡수성 인공기관의 제조방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 생흡수성 오일을 생흡수성 물질의 수용액 또는 현탁액 속에 유화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 생흡수성 인공기관의 제조방법.
- 제18항 내지 제22항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 겔이 산으로 팽윤된 콜라겐을 포함하는, 생흡수성 인공기관의 제조방법.
