Abstract
용해된 이산화탄소 캐리어를 함유하는 캐리어 수용액에 함침된 비닐알콜/아크릴산염 가교 공중합체의 히드로겔 필름으로 이루어진 이산화탄소 분리막이 개시되어 있다. 용매, 알칼리금속 탄산염 또는 중탄산염, 및 알칼리 금속 이온과 착물을 형성할수 있는 여러자리 리간드를 함유하는 조성물이 캐리어 용액으로서 적절히 사용된다. 또한 이 조성물은 이산화탄소 분리막의 액체 필름의 제조를 위해 사용될 수도 있다.

Claims (11)
- 용해된 이산화탄소 캐리어를 함유하는 수용액중에 비닐 알콜과 아크릴산 및/또는 그의 염의 가교 공중합체를 함침시켜 형성된 히드로겔 필름으로 이루어진 이산화탄소 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소 캐리어가 (a)알칼리금속 탄산염, (b)알칼리금속 중탄산염, (c)알칼리금속 이온과 착물을 형성할 수 있는 여러자리 리간드와 알칼리금속 탄산염과의 혼합물, (d)알칼리금속 이온과 착물을 형성할수 있는 여러자리 리간드와 알칼리금속 중탄산염과의 혼합물 및 (e)알칼올아민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여러가지 리간드가 시클릭 폴리에테르, 시클릭 폴리에테르아민, 비시클로폴리에테르아민, 폴리아미노카르복실산, 폴리아미노카르복실산염 및 폴리아민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔 필름이 지지된 이산화탄소 투과성 지지체를 더욱 포함하는 막.
- 물, 극성 유기 용매 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 용매중에 용해된 (a)알칼리금속 탄산염 및 알칼리금속 중탄산염으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 알칼리금속염 및 (b)알칼리 금속 이온과 착물을 형성할 수 있는 여러자리 리간드를 함유하는 용매 용액의 액체 필름으로 이루어진 이산화탄소 분리막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 여러자리 리간드가 시클릭 폴리에테르, 시클릭 폴리에테르아민, 비시클로폴리에테르아민, 폴리아미노카르복실산, 폴리아미노카르복실산염 및 폴리아민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인 막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액체 필름이 이산화탄소 투과성 지지체에 의해 지지된 막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 중공섬유, 시트 또는 원통형의 형태인 막.
- (a)물, 극성유기용매 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 용매, (b)알칼리금속 탄산염 및 알칼리금속 중탄산염으로 구성된 군에서 선택되고 상기 용매중에 용해된 1종 이상의 알칼리금속염 및 (c)알칼리금속 이온과 착물을 형성할수 있고 상기 용매중에 용해된 여러자리 리간드로 이루어진 이산화탄소 캐리어 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 여러자리 리간드가 시클릭 폴리에테르, 시클릭 폴리에테르아민, 비시클로폴리에테르아민, 폴리아미노카르복실산, 폴리아미노카르복실산염 및 폴리아민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인 조성물.
- 비닐 알콜과 이크릴산 및/또는 그의 염의 가교성 공중합체 수용액을 이산화탄소 투과성 지지체에 도포하고; 상기 지지체에 도포된 상기 공중합체를 가교시켜 수-불용성 중합체 층을 수득하고; 상기 중합체 층을 이산화탄소 캐리어가 용해된 수용액에 합침시켜 상기 가교된 공중합체의 히드로겔을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 막의 제조방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
