Claims (9)
- 지지고분자 내에 액체가 고정되어 있는 고정화 액막(Supported Liquid Membrane)의 제조방법에 있어서,증기압이 없고 넓은 온도 범위에서 액상을 유지하는 이미다졸리움계 상온이온액과, 기체 투과력이 낮고 기계적 물성이 뛰어난 소수성 지지고분자를 상기 이온액과 지지고분자를 용해시키는 극성 용매에 용해시켜 필름을 만드는 과정과;상기 사용된 용매를 증발시켜 매트릭스 역할을 하는 지지고분자와 막 역할을 하는 이온액 각각을 상분리하되, 상기 상분리는 저온에서 1차 상분리한 후에 이보다 고온에서 2차 상분리하는 방법으로 진행하여 지지고분자내에 이온액이 고정된 도메인을 형성하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상분리가 20 ∼ 40 ℃ 온도범위 및 30 ∼ 40 % 상대습도 조건에서 용매를 증발시키는 1차 상분리과정과, 60 ∼ 90 ℃ 온도범위에서 2차 상분리하는 과정을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이온액이 1-알킬-3-메틸이미다졸리움 양이온인 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에서, 상기 이온액이 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움·BF4([bmim][BF4]), 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움·PF6([bmim][PF6]), 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움·BF4([emim][BF4]), 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움·SbF6([bmim][SbF6]) 및 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움·F6O4S6([bmim][F6O4S 6]) 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지고분자가 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리설폰, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 및 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드 공중합체 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이온액과 지지고분자를 용해시키는 용매가 N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드(DMA), 테트라히드로퓨란 및 아세톤 중에서 선택된 극성용매인 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이온액과 지지고분자가 0.1 ∼ 2 : 1 중량비 범위로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이온액-지지고분자 용액에는 지지고분자가 5 ∼ 15 중량% 농도범위로 용해된 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막의 제조방법.
- 상기 청구항 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 기체분리용 이온액 고정화 액막.
