Claims (8)
- 수용액에서 사용되었을 때 적어도 60%의 물을 함유하고 유기 또는 무기 중합체를 포함하는 하기 a) - d)를 특징으로 하는 기체-불투성 및 물-침투성 막의 제조방법 : a) 중합체는 이온 교환 활성을 가지지 않고 물에 섞일 수 있는 유기 용매 또는 용매 혼합물에 용해되며 물과 접촉하여 히드로겔(hydrogel)을 생성하고; b) 중합체를 물에 섞일 수 있는 유기용매에 용해시키고; c) 용해시킨 중합체를 복합재료를 생성하기 위해 직물과 유사한 기질에 결합시키고; d) 복합재료에 용해시킨 중합체를, 히드로겔을 형성하기 위해서 물로 전개시킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도를 감소시키는 용매를 첨가하여 단계(b)에서 중합체를 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 생성된 복합재료를 직물과 유사한 담체에 적용시키고 용해시킨 중합체를 상기 지지체상에서 히드로겔을 생성하기 위해서 단계(d)에서 물과 함께 전개시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계(b)에 용해시킨 중합체의 적어도 한 층은 물을 침투할 수 있는 다공성 안벽에 적용되고 직물과 유사한 기질을 상기 층위에 위치시키고, 용해시킨 중합체의 적어도 하나의 부가 층을 직물과 같은 기질에 적용시켜, 단계(c)에서 생성된 복합재료에 용해시킨 중합체를 히드로겔을 생성하기 위해 단계(d)에서 물과 함께 전개시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 종이가 물-침투성 다공성 안벽으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 종이를, 용해시킨 중합체가 적용되기 전에 친수성 또는 소수성 액체로써 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물과 유사한 담체는 전기적으로 전도성인 물질로 구성되고 적어도 그의 가장자리 부분에서 전극 플레이트에 떨어지지 않게 결합되고, 직물과 유사한 담체는 접착제에 의해 그 가장자리 부분에서 시일링되고, 전극 플레이트는 그 가장자리 부분에 접착제로 피복되고, 직물과 유사한 옷감은 직물과 유사한 담체 및 전극 플레이트에 감겨 전극 플레이트에 떨어지지 않게 결합되고 접착제를 경화시켜, 단계(c)에서 얻어진 복합재료를 직물과 유사한 담체위의 직물과 유사한 옷감에 적용시키고, 상기 담체위의 용해된 중합체는 히드로겔을 생성하기 위해 단계(d)에서 물로 전개시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 얻어진 용해시킨 중합체를, 복합재료가 직물과 유사한 옷감에 적용되기 전에 직물과 유사한 담체를 둘러싸고 있는 그들의 가장자리 부분위의 직물과 유사한 옷감에 적용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
