Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.親水性ポリマーと少なくとも1種のアミノアルコールとを含んでなる組成 物であって、 該アミノアルコールが、該組成物の全重量を基準に約10〜約80wt%の範囲の量 で存在し、かつ該アミノアルコールが、式: 〔式中、R1、R2、およびR3は、水素、または1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアル キル基であり、R4は、1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基、または3〜6個 の炭素原子と1〜2個の窒素原子とを有するアルキレンイミノ基であり、R5は、2 〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基、または4〜6個の炭素原子と1〜2個の窒 素原子とを有するアルキレンイミノ基であり、mは、1〜4の範囲の整数であり、 nは、0〜4の範囲の整数である〕 で表されるアミノアルコールから選ばれる組成物。 2.前記親水性ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、 ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアセテート、それらの ブレンドおよびコポリマーからなる群より選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の 組成物。 3.前記ポリマーがポリビニルアルコールである、請求の範囲第2項に記載の 組成物。 4.組成物の全重量を基準に約1〜約20wt%の架橋剤を含む、請求の 範囲第2項に記載の組成物。 5.前記架橋剤が、ホルムアルデヒド、ジビニルスルホン、トルエンジイソシ アネート、グリオキサール、トリメチロールメラミン、テレフタルアルデヒド、 エピクロロヒドリン、ビニルアクリレート、および無水マレイン酸からなる群よ り選ばれる、請求の範囲第4項に記載の組成物。 6.前記架橋剤がホルムアルデヒドである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の組成物 。 7.請求の範囲第1項、第2項,または第5項に記載の組成物から作製される 非多孔質膜。 8.CO2含有ガス流からCO2を分離するためのプロセスであって、 親水性ポリマーと、組成物の重量を基準に約10〜約80wt%の範囲の量で存在す る少なくとも1種のアミノアルコールとを含んでなる非多孔質のCO2選択透過性 膜の一方の面にCO2含有ガス流を接触させることにより、該膜を通してCO2を選択 的に透過させるステップと、 該膜の反対側の面からCO2含有透過物を取り出すことにより、該ガス流からCO2 を選択的に除去するステップと、 を含むプロセス。 9.CO2含有ガス流からのCO2分離を可能にするのに十分な性質を有する非多孔 質膜を製造する方法であって、 溶剤と、親水性ポリマーと、ポリマーおよび塩の全重量を基準に約10〜約80wt %の範囲の量で存在する少なくとも1種のアミノアルコールとを含有するキャス ティング溶液を作製するステップと、 該溶液を支持体上にキャストするステップと、 該溶剤を蒸発させて非多孔質膜を形成するステップと、 を含む方法。 10.前記アミノアルコールが、式: 〔式中、R1、R2、およびR3は、水素、または1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアル キル基であり、R4は、1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基、または3〜6個 の炭素原子と1〜2個の窒素原子とを有するアルキレンイミノ基であり、R5は、2 〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基、または4〜6個の炭素原子と1〜2個の窒 素原子とを有するアルキレンイミノ基であり、mは、1〜4の範囲の整数であり、 nは、0〜4の範囲の整数である〕 で表されるアミノアルコールから選ばれる、請求の範囲第8項に記載のプロセス および請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.前記ポリマー溶液に架橋剤を添加するステップを含む、請求の範囲第9 項に記載の方法。
