Abstract
크랭크 아암의 회전궤적을 크게 하지 않고도, 소정의 작용력으로 부터 큰 토오크를 발생시킬 수 있는 크랭크 기구를 제공한다.
길이 방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 연결된 제 1 아암(7)과 제 2 아암(8)에 의해 크랭크 아암(6)을 형성하고, 각 아암(7,8)의 연결부에, 크랭크 아암(6)과 연동해서 회전하는 피니언(13)을 설치한다. 제 2 아암(8)에, 평행으로 마주보는 래크(17,18)를 설치하여, 피니언(13)에 설치된 기어이빨(19)을 크랭크 아암이 반회전할 때마다 교대로 위의 래크(17)와 래크(18)가 맞물리게 한다. 상기의 구조에서는, 크랭크 아암(6)은 반회전마다 전장이 신축하고, 신장한 위치에서 외력을 작용시킴으로써, 큰 토오크를 발생시킬 수 있다.

제 1 도 (a)는 본 실시예의 크랭크 기구를 도시한 종 정단면도이고, (b)는 그 작용상태를 도시한 단면도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시된 크랭크 기구의 횡평단면도,제 3 도는 제 2 도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 취한 단면도, 제 4 도(a)는 본 실시예의 회전궤적을 도시한 도면이고, (b)종래예의 회전궤적을 도시한 도면, 제 5 도는 제 2 실시예를 도시한 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 크랭크 기구에 있어서, 복수의 아암을 길이방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 연결해서 크랭크 아암을 형성하고, 상기 각 아암의 연결부에, 크랭크 아암의 회전에 연동해서 회전하는 회전부재와, 그 회전부재의 회전을 연결부에 있어서 한쪽의 아암의 길이 방향의 직선운동으로 변환시키는 변화수단을 설치하여, 상기 회전부재가 한 방향으로 반회전 할때 변환수단이 연결부의 아암을 서로 멀어지게 하는 작용으로 변화시키고, 회전부재가 계속해서 반회전을 할때, 변환수단이 연결부의 아암이 근접 하도록 구성한 크랭크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재와, 크랭크 아암간의 연동경로를 차단하여 자유 상태로 하고, 그 상태에서 회전부재의 회전각도를 크랭크 아암의 회전에 대해 임의로 변환시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 회전 기구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단과 한쪽의 아암을 분리하여 자유상태로 하고, 분리된 변환수단과 한쪽의 아암의 접속위치를 상대적으로 변환시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 크랭크 기구.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단을, 회전부재와 함께 회전하는 피니언과, 그 피니언을 중심으로 서로 마주보게 상기 한쪽의 아암 길이 방향으로 2개의 래크를 설치하고, 상기 피니언의 외주면의 일부에 설치한 기어이빨을, 크랭크 아암의 반회전 마다 교대로 상기 래크의 한쪽과 맞물리도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 기구.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단을, 상기 회전부재와 한쪽의 아암을 접속하는 접속부재로 하고, 그 접속부재와 회전부재의 접속위치를 상기 회전부재의 회전중심으로 부터 편심시켜 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 기구.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단을, 한쪽의 아암에 회전 가능하게 부착한 피니언과, 그 피니언을 중심으로 서로 마주보게 연결부의 양쪽의 아암에 각각 설치한 2개의 래크와, 상기 회전부재의 회전을 직선운동으로 변환하여 피니언의 중심에 아암의 길이 방향으로 힘을 가하는 전달부재등으로 형성하여, 상기 피니언에 형성한 기어이빨이 상기 2개의 래크와 동시에 맞물리도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 기구.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재에 대한 회전의 압력을, 크랭크 아암의 전장의 임의의 위치에 설치하여, 그 크랭크 아암과 함께 회전하는 부재에 의해 행하여 지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
