Abstract
본 발명은 유리질 결합 연삭 휠을 제공하며, 여기서 연삭 그릿 부분은 졸-겔 알루미나 연마재를 포함하고, 휠의 코너 또는 형태(form) 유지 특성과 기계적 특성이 향상되었다. 또한, 본 발명은 졸-겔 알루미나 연마재와 함께 코너 또는 형태 유지 특성과 물리적 특성을 향상시키는 결합재 조성물을 포함한다.

제1도는 코너 유기 시험에서 연삭 휠을 사용하여 소재의 코너를 연삭시키는 것을 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 코너 유지 시험에서 소재의 표면과 접촉하는 연삭 휠의 코너 직경 부분을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 소성 후, SiO247중량% 초과, Al2O3약 16중량% 미만, K2O 약 2.5중량% 미만, Li2O 약 2.0중량% 초과 및 B2O3약 18중량% 미만을 포함하는 유리질 결합재와 졸-겔 알루미나 연마재를 포함하는 연삭 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 졸-겔 알루미나가 시딩되는 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 졸-겔 알루미나가 α알루미나로 시딩되는 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연삭 휠이 졸-겔 알루미나를 약 4 내지 약 54용량% 함유하는 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성 후, 유리질 결합재가 Li2O 약 1.0 내지 약 3.4중량%, Na2O 약 7 내지 약 11중량%, K2O 약 0.5 내지 약 2.5중량% 및 B2O3약 9 내지 약 16중량%를 포함하는 휠.
- 제5항에 있어서, 소성 후, 유리질 결합재가 SiO2약 52 내지 약 62중량%와 Al2O3약 12 내지 약 16중량%를 추가로 포함하는 휠.
- Li2O 약 1.0 내지 약 3.4중량%, Na2O 약 7 내지 약 11중량%, K2O 약 0.5 내지 약 2.5중량%, SiO2약 52 내지 약 62중량%, Al2O3약 12 내지 약 16중량% 및 B2O3약 9 내지 약 16중량%를 포함하는 졸-겔 알루미나 연삭 휠용 유리질 결합재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
