Abstract
본 발명은 산화물 중량 기준으로 ZrO2및 HfO240 내지 95%; 추가의 산화물 Y2O3및 CeO21종이상 (단, Y2O3는, 존재하는 경우에는 0.1 내지 10%로 함유되고, CeO2는, 존재하는 경우에는, 1 내지 15%로 함유되며, Y2O3및 CeO2의 총량은 0.1 내지 25%로 함유된다); SiO2(SiO2는 CeO2가 조성물중에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 조성물중의 10 내지 45%로 함유되고, CeO2가 조성물중에 존재하는 경우에는 조성물중의 0.5 내지 45%로 함유된다)를 함유하여 구성되는 용융 세라믹 비드를 제공한다. 본 세라믹 비드는 습윤 매체중에서의 분쇄 및 분산에 유용하게 적용된다.

Claims (8)
- 용융 세라믹 비드에 있어서, 산화물 중량 기준으로 ZrO2및 HfO240 내지 95%; 추가의 산화물 Y2O3및 CeO21종이상 (단, Y2O3는, 존재하는 경우에는 0.1 내지 10%로 함유되고, CeO2는, 존재하는 경우에는 1 내지 15%로 함유되며, Y2O3및 CeO2의 총량은 0.1 내지 25%로 함유된다); SiO2(SiO2는 CeO2가 조성물중에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 조성물중의 10 내지 45%로 함유되고, CeO2가 조성물중에 존재하는 경우에는 조성물중의 0.5 내지 45%로 함유된다)를 함유하여 구성되는 용융 세라믹 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 ZrO2의 함량(%)은 65% 보다 높고, ZrO2/SiO2비율은 2보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 세라믹 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 비드가 다른 희토류 산화물을 추가로 함유하며, 이들 희토류 산화물의 함량이 조성물의 10중량%를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 세라믹 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 비드가 하기의 추가 산화물 1종이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융세라믹 비드.- Al2O3/SiO2의 중량비가 0 내지 1.5가 되는 비율의 Al2O3,- Na2O3/SiO2의 중량비가 0 내지 0.04가 되는 비율의 Na2O,- MgO/SiO2의 중량비가 0 내지 1이 되는 비율의 MgO,- CaO/SiO2의 중량비가 0 내지 1.45가 되는 비율의 CaO(단, 이들 산화물의 총량은 20중량%를 초과하지 않는다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 비드의 직경이 0.1 내지 4mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 세라믹 비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가 산화물로 Y2O3만을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 세라믹 비드
- 제1항에 정의된 비드를 습식 매체중에서 분쇄매체로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄분쇄방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정의된 비드를 습식 매체중에서 분산 매체로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
