Abstract

본 발명은 직류직권전동기를 채용하고, 이 전동기의 회생동작 및 역행동작의 전환을 제어하는 역행전환수단과, 초퍼(chopper)와, 초퍼장치에 펄스를 제공하는 펄스발생장치를 구비한 산업용 전동차량에서 회생 역행제어를 수행하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 전진주행 및 후진주행의 지령을 발생시키는 주행레버가 중립으로부터 전진 또는 후진으로 변환되는 시점에서 회생가능한 최저전류지령치 이상의 전류지령치를 누적시켜 평균지령치를 구하고 이 평균지령치에 의거하여 차량의 주행속도를 추정하며, 추정된 차량주행속도에 적합한 제동모드가 수행되도록 초핑시간을 가변시키고, 이 초핑시간동안 전동기에서 발전된 전류를 배터리로 회생시키기 위해 전기자권선에 유기된 전류의 량을 검출하여 회생가능한지 여부를 판별하고 회생가능하다고 판별되면 초핑이 수행되지 않을 때 배터리로 회생시키는 것이 특징이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제어회로의 바람직한 실시예, 제2도는 본 발명의 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도.

Claims (1)

  1. 배터리의 전원공급에 의해 구동되는 직류직권전동기의 동력을 이용하여 주행하는 전동차량의 회생동작과 역행동작을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 전후진지령신호를 받아들여 상기 전동기의 회전방향을 바꿀 것을 나타내는 역전역행인지 여부를 체크하는 단계와, 상기 역전역행이 아니면 현재의 역행모드에 따른 제어를 그대로 수행하고 상기 역전역행이면 계자권선을 절환접속하는 단계와, 상기 전후진지령신호에 해당되는 전류지령치데이타 중 회생가능한 최소전류치 이상의 데이타를 소정의 시간동안 순차로 받아들여 누적시킨 후 평균전류지령치를 계산하는 단계와, 상기 평균전류지령치를 이용하여 차량의 주행속도를 추정하는 단계와, 상기 계자권선을 통해 흐르게 되는 여자전류의 양이 상기 주행속도에 적합하도록 초핑시간을 가변적으로 제어하는 단계와, 소정의 회생 역행 판단신호를 읽어들이고 회생가능한지 여부를 판별하는 단계와, 상기 회생 역행 판단신호가 회생가능하지 않음을 나타내면 현재의 역행모드를 그대로 수행하고 회생가능함을 나타내면 회생 역행 절환용 컨택터의 접점이 열려지도록 하여 상기 초핑시간에는 제동모드로 되게하고 상기 초핑시간이 아닐때는 회생모드로 되게 하는 단계와, 상기 초핑시간을 주기로 회생 역행 판단신호를 읽어들여 회생가능여부를 체크하는 단계와, 상기 회생 역행 판단신호가 여전히 회생가능함으로 판별되면 상기 회생/역행 전환모드를 계속 수행하고 회생가능하지 않음이 판명되면 상기 회생 역행 전환용 컨택터의 접점이 닫이도록 하여 통상적인 역행제어를 속행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 전동차의 회생 역행 제어방법.
