Claims (3)
- エンジンにより駆動される交流発電手段と、
交流発電手段に接続され交流電力と直流電力の間で相互に電力変換可能な第1の電力変換手段と、
交流電動機と、
交流電動機に接続され交流電力と直流電力の間で相互に電力変換可能な第2の電力変換手段と、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段の交流側を、前記交流発電手段及び前記交流電動機に互いに切り換えて接続する切換手段と、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段の直流側に遮断機を介して接続される蓄電装置を備え、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段のいずれかが故障した場合であって、
鉄道車両が惰行もしくは停車しているときには、前記遮断機により故障した電力変換手段を前記蓄電装置と遮断して、前記切換手段により健全な電力変換手段を前記交流発電手段に接続して、この健全な電力変換手段をコンバータ動作させて前記蓄電装置にエネルギを蓄積し、
鉄道車両の加速指令が与えられたときには、前記遮断機により故障した電力変換手段を前記蓄電装置と遮断して、前記切換手段により健全な電力変換手段を前記交流電動機に接続して、前記蓄電装置に蓄電されたエネルギにより前記交流電動機を駆動することを特徴とする鉄道車両の駆動装置。 - 電車線より交流電力を取り込むための集電手段と、
前記集電装置に接続され、交流電力と直流電力の間で相互に電力変換可能な第1の電力変換手段と、
交流電動機と、
交流電動機に接続され交流電力と直流電力の間で相互に電力変換可能な第2の電力変換手段と、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段の交流側を、前記集電手段及び前記交流電動機に互いに切り換えて接続する切換手段と、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段の直流側に遮断機を介して接続される蓄電装置を備え、
前記第1の電力変換手段及び前記第2の電力変換手段のいずれかが故障した場合であって、
鉄道車両が惰行もしくは停車しているときには、前記切換手段により健全な電力変換手段を前記集電装置に接続して、この健全な電力変換手段をコンバータ動作させて前記蓄電装置にエネルギを蓄積し、
鉄道車両の加速指令が与えられたときに、前記切換手段により健全な電力変換手段を前記交流電動機に接続して、前記蓄電装置に蓄電されたエネルギにより前記交流電動機を駆動することを特徴とする鉄道車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2の鉄道車両の駆動装置において、
2つの電力変換手段の内のいずれか一方が故障した場合の、健全な電力変換手段による蓄電装置への前記エネルギ蓄積動作と、健全な電力変換手段による前記蓄積エネルギを使った前記電動機駆動動作の切換えを、蓄電装置の蓄電状態及び鉄道車両への運転指令に応じて行うことを特徴とする鉄道車両の駆動装置。
