Abstract

본 발명의 고체촬상장치는, 2차원주파수의 수평, 수직방향으로 캐리어를 가지고 있지 않은 색필터 배열을 구비한 전체화소판독 촬상소자의 출력에 대해서, 2차원주파수 특성처리를 실시하므로써, 2차원주파수의 수평, 수직방향으로 모아레가 적은 색신호를 얻고, 모아레가 적은 색신호의 비를 사용한 보간연산에 의해, 2차원주파수의 수평, 수직방향으로 모아레가 적은 휘도신호를 얻은것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 고체촬상장치의 일예를 표시한 블록도, 제 2 도는 색분리피터배열을 표시한 모식도, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 색분리필터 배열에 있어서의 W, G,Ye, Cy 신호의 2차원샘플링 제어회로, 제 4도는 2차원 LPF 처리부의 블록도, 제 5도는 제 4 도의 2차원 LPF의 랩계수를 표시한 모식도.

Claims (4)

  1. 세로 M화소 X가로 N화소위 소정의 배열의 반복을 가진 색분리필터를 통과한 입사광이, 전체화소판독광전변환수단을 개재해서 광, 전기변환이 실시된 후, 2차원신호처리수단에 입력되고, 상기 2차원신호처리수단에 있어서 2차원주파수 특성처리가 실시된 후, 색분리수단에 입력되고, 상기 색분리수단에 있어서 색분리처리를 실시하므로써 색모아레를 억압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  2. 세로 Mx가로 N의 반복을 가진 소정의 색분리필터 배열을 통과한 입사광이, 전계화소판독광전변환수단을 개재해서 광, 전기변환이 실시된후, 색신호생성수단 및 휘도신호생성수단에 입력되고, 상기 색신호생성수단에 있어서, K×L 영역의 화소로부터의 신호에 대해서 2차원연산을 실시하므로써 색분리된 색신호가 상기 휘도신호생성수단에 입력되고, 상기 휘도생성수단에 있어서 주목화소에 대해서 상기 색신호의 비에 따라서 소정의 화소보간연산을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서 2차원신호처리수단의 출력에 소정의 연산을 실시하므로써, 수평 또는 수직방향의 색의 변화점을 감시하는 신호처리수단(A)과, 휘도신호생성수단의 출력에 대하여 주파수특성처리를 실시하는 신호처리수단(B)를 가지고, 신호처리수단(B)는 랩계수가 가변인 필터로 구성되고, 상기 필터의 랩계수는, 신호처리수단(A)의 출력에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 휘도신호생성수단에 있어서, 각 색필터의 출력에 대하여 소정의 값을 가산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
