Abstract
과도한 운전상황에서도 피스톤과 실린더 사이에서 우수한 미끄럼 운동성을 확보한다. 실린더블록(10),(12)는 Cu : 1.5 ~ 5.0 중량%, Si : 0.5 중량% 이하, Fe :1.0 중량% 이하와 나머지 Al로된 알루미늄 함급이다. 실린더(8)의 내면에서는 초정규소의 탈락혼이 존재한다. 다수의 미소한 탈락혼은 오일스포트로 기능하다.

제 1 도는 일반적인 사판식 압축기의 종단면도, 제 2 도는 실시예의 압축기에 있어서 실린더의 내면의 금속조직을 나타낸 200배의 현미경사진, 제 3 도는 실시예의 압축기에 있어서 실린더의 내면의 금속조직을 나타낸 400배의 현미경 사진, 제 4 도는 실시예의 압축기에 있어서 실린더의 내면의 금속조직을 나타낸 현미경사진.
Claims (2)
- 복수개의 실린더를 갖춘 실린더블록과 구동축에 의해 그 실런더 내에서 왕복운동하는 피스톤을 갖춘 왕복운동형 압축기에 있어서, 상기한 실린더 블록은 Cu : 1.5 ~ 5.0 중량%, Si : 0.5 중량% 이하, Mg : 0.5 중량% 이하, Zn : 1.0 중량% 이하, Fe :1.0 중량% 이하로 나머지를 Al로 한 알루미늄 합금이며, 그 실린더의 내면에는 초정규소의 탈락혼이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실린더 내면은 초정규소노출도가 10~60% 인것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
