Abstract
배기가스정화용 필터는, 내열금속으로 만든 발포구조다공체의 가공내에 섬유의 평균직경이 5~40㎛인 금속섬유 혹은 섬유의 평균직경이 1~40㎛인 내열성세라믹섬유를 분산상태에서 충전, 고정화하여 그 결과, 충전밀도가 5~20%가 되는 금속다공체로 이루어져 있다. 필터는, 금속이나 세라믹섬율 혹은 금속이나 세라믹섬유없이 충전된 상기 발포구조다공체와, 평균직경이 5~40㎛인 금속섬유 혹은 평균직경이 1~40㎛인 내열성 세라믹섬유를 분산상태에서 충전밀도가 5~25%가 되도록 고정화하여 얻은 섬유구조다공체를 적층한 적층구조일 것이다. 디젤엔진의 배기가스중에 포함된 PM(흑연, 미립자 및 SOF)을 포집하는 본 발명한 필터를 사용하면 포집효율은 높게 유지되는 반면, 배기가스,의 압력손실은 최소화가 된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 있어서 실험장치의 설명도, 제2도는 퇴적검댕량과 압력손실의 관계를 도시한 그래프, 제3도는 퇴적검댕량과 흑연포집효율의 관계를 도시한 그래프, 제4도는 퇴적검댕량과 흑연포집효율의 관계를 도시한 그래프, 제5도는 퇴적검댕량과 흑연포집효율의 관계를 도시한 그래프.
Claims (7)
- 내열성금속으로 만든 발포구조다공체의 기공내에 섬유의 평균직경이 5~40㎛인 금속섬유를 충전밀도가 5~20%가 분사상태에서 충전, 고정화하여 얻은 금속다공체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스정화용 필터.
- 내열성금속으로 만든 발포구조다공체와, 섬유의 평균직경이 5~40㎛인 금속섬유를 충전밀도가 5~25%가 되도록 분사상태에서 고정화하여 얻은 섬유구조다공체가 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스용 필터.
