Claims (10)

  1. (a) 에멀젼 중합에 의해 형성되는 아크릴계 감압 고분자로서, 이 고분자는 , 중합된 것에 기준해서 단량체 전체의 중량에 대하여; (ⅰ) 총 중량이 전체 단량체에 대하여 최소한 35중량% 이상되며, 알킬기에 4 내지 8개의 탄소를 포함하는, 최소한 한종 이상의 알킬아크릴레이트; 및 (ⅱ) 총 중량이 전체 단량체에 대하여 0 이상 5중량%까지 포함되며, 3 내지 5의 탄소원자를 포함하는 불포화 카르복실산으로 이루어지거나, 또는, 로진산 점착제 및 로진-기초 계면 활성제와 상용성 있을 정도의 충분한 극성을 갖는 고무-기초 에멀젼 폴리머로 구성되며, (b) 폴리머 각 100중량부에 대하여 첨가제로서; (ⅰ) 로진산 점착제 3 내지 20중량부, 및 (ⅱ) 로진 기초 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부로 이루어지며, 이와 같이 이루어지는 감압 접착 조성물은 종이 배면에 적용될 때 극성 또는 비극성 기질을 온수 또는 알칼리에 노출시키게 되면 5분이내에 비종이 표면으로부터 깨끗하게 제거되어 질 수 있는 감압 접착 조성물.
  2. 아크릴계, 감압 접착제는 본래적으로 점착성이 있으며, 중합된 것을 기준으로 하여 단량체 전체 중량에 대하여; (a) 총 중량이 전체 단량체에 대하여 35 내지 60중량%되며, 알킬기에 4 내지 8의 탄소수를 포함하는 최소한 한종의 알킬 아크릴레이트; (b) 총 중량이 전체 단량체에 대하여 15 내지 35중량%되며, 산의 알킬기에서 2 내지 16의 탄소수를 포함하는 최소한 한종의 비닐 에스테르; (c) 총 중량이 전체 당량체에 대하여 20 내지 40중량%되며, 디에스테르의 각 알킬기는 각각 독립적으로 6 내지 12의 탄소수를 포함하는 최소한 한종의 디카르복실산의 디에스테르; 및 (d) 총 중량이 전체 당량체에 대하여 0 이상 5중량%까지 되며, 3 내지 5의 탄소수를 갖는 최소한 한종의 불포화 카르복실산으로 구성되며, 상기한 폴리머는 -30℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도를 갖고, 폴리머의 50 내지 70중량%의 겔함량을 갖는 ; 제1항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  3. 아크릴계 에멀진 폴리머는 본래적으로 점착성이 있는 감압 접착 폴리머이며, (a) 총 중량이 40 내지 50중량%이며, 알킬기에서 4 내지 8의 탄소수를 갖는 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 이소옥틸 아크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 최소한 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트; (b) 15 내지 35중량%의 비닐 아세테이트; (c) 총 중량이 20 내지 40중량%이며, 디-2-에틸헥실 말레이트 및 디-2-에틸헥실 푸말레이트 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되어지는 디카르복실산의 최소한 하나의 디에스테르; 및 (d) 1 내지 3중량%의 량으로 존재하는, 아크릴 산, 메타크릴 산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되어지는 불포화 카르복실산; 으로 이루어지며, 이 폴리머는 -30℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도 및 폴리머의 중량에 대하여 50 내지 70%의 겔 함량을 갖는 , 제1항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  4. 본래 점착성이 있는 아크릴계 감압 접착 폴리머는 전체 단량체 총 중량에 대하여, (a) 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 48중량%; (b) 비닐 아세테이트 21중량%; (c) 디-2-에틸헥실 말레이트 29중량%; 및 (d) 아크릴산 1중량% 및 메타크릴산 1중량%; 으로 구성되어지는 제1항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  5. 고무-기초 에멀젼 폴리머는 스틸렌을 20 내지 50중량% 포함하는 카르복실화 스틸렌-부타디엔 랜덤 코폴리머인 제1항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  6. 점착제가 3 내지 15중량%의 농도로 사용되어지는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  7. 계면 활성제가 1 내지 5중량%로 사용되어지는 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  8. 점착제가 50 이상 210 이하의 산 수를 갖는 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  9. 점착제는, 비결정화이며, 부분적으로 중합된 로진, 변성 로진, 불균형 로진, 안정화된 로진, 수소화로진 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되어지며, 50 이상 210 이하의 산 수를 갖는 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
  10. 계면 활성제가 에틸렌옥사이드 15몰을 함유하는 비이온성 침엽수 로진인 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 감압 접착 조성물.
