Abstract

퍼플루오로알킬 또는 퍼플루오로알케닐기 및 에테르 결합을 가진 반복단위 (a)를 포함하는 함불소 중합체를 함유하는 합성수지 조성물로부터 형성된 발수 및 발유성 섬유는 뛰어난 발수 및 발유성, 뛰어난 내오염성 및 뛰어난 감촉을 가진 직물을 제공한다.

Claims (7)

  1. (a)하기 식의 반복 단위:
    [식중, Rf는 탄소수 3내지 21의 퍼플루오로알킬기 또는 퍼플루오로알케닐기이고, X는 직접 결합, -CH2-, -CH2OCH2-, -CH2CH2OCH2-, -(CH2)6CH2-, -CH=CHCH2OCH2-, -CH2CHICH2OCH2-, -COOCH2-, -CH2COOCH2-, -SO2N(R′)CH2COOCH2-, 또는 -SO2N(R′) CH2CH2OCH2- (R′는 저급 알킬기이다)이다]를 포함하는 함 불소 중합체를 함유하는 합성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 함불소 중합체가 반복단위(a)이외에도 추가로 (b)하기식의 반북 단위;
    [식중, R은 고리형 산 무수물로 부터
    를 제거한 후 남아있는 기이다. ]를 더욱 함유하는 발수 및 발수성 섬유.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 함불소 중합체가 반복 단위 (a)및 (b) 이외에도 추가로 (c)하기 식의 반복 단위;
    [식중, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환기를 갖는 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 치환기를 갖는 아릴기이다] 및 (d)하기 식의 반복단위;
    [식중, R5는 수소원자, 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, m은 2또는 3이다]중의 어느 하나 또는 양자 모두를 더욱 함유하는 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 함불소 중합체가 반복단위(a)이외에도 추가로 (c)하기 식의 반복 단위;
    [식중, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환기를 갖는 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 치환기를 갖는 아릴기이다]를 더욱 함유하는 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 함불소 중합체가 반복단위 (a) 및 (c)이외에도 추가로 (e)하기 식의 반복단위:
    [식중, A1은 -(CH2)p- 또는 -CR6R7CH2-,(p는 2내지 10의 정수이고, R6및 R7은 각각 -CH3, -CH2Cl, -CH2F, -CH2OCH3, -CH2O2C2H3, -CH2OCOCH3, -CH2OC6H3, -CH2OH, -CH2CN 또는 -H(R6및 R7은 동시에 -H는 아니다)이다)이다] 또는 (f)하기 식의 반복단위;
    [식중, A2는 -(OCH2)q-(CH2)r- 또는 -(OCH2CH2)s-(q는 1내지 3의 정수이고, r은 q가 1일때 1내지 8의 정수이거나, q가 2또는 3일때 0내지 (12-2q)의 정수이고, s는 2또는 3이다)이다]의 어느 하나를 더욱 함유하는 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 함불소 중합체가 반복단위(a)이외에도 추가로 (e)하기 식의 반복단위;
    [식중, A1은 -(CH2)p- 또는 -CR6R7CH2-,(p는 2내지 10의 정수이고, R6및 R7은 각각 -CH3, -CH2Cl, -CH2F, -CH2OCH3, -CH2OC2H5, -CH2OCOCH3, -CH2OC6H5, -CH2OH, -CH2CN 또는 -H(R6및 R7은 동시에 -H는 아니다)이다)이다]또는 (f)하기 식의 반복단위;
    [식중, A2는 -(OCH2)q-(CH2)r,- 또는 -(OCH2CH2)s-(q는 1내지 3의 정수이고, r은 q가 1일때 1내지 8의 정수이거나, q가 2또는 3일때 0내지 (12-2q)의 정수이고. s는 2또는 3이다)이다]의 어느 하나를 더욱 함유하는 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 수지 조성물이 함불소 중합체를 합성수지 100중량부당 0.1내지 30중량부의 양으로 함유하는 발수 및 발유성 섬유.
