Abstract
본 발명은 발유성 및 발수성을 제공하기 위해 직물과 같은 섬유 기재를 처리하는데 사용되는 조성물에 관한것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 (a) 무작위 분포된 (i) 플루오로지방족 원자단, Rf를 함유하는 단위체, (ii) 플루오르-부재 탄화수소 단위체, 및 (iii) 실리콘을 함유하는 단위체를 포함하는 삼종공중합체, 및 (b) 우레탄 결합과 블로킹된 이소시아네이트 부분을 가진 플루오르-함유 중합체를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명은 섬유 기재에 발유성 및 발수성을 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)
- (a) 무작위 분포된 (i) 플루오로지방족 원자단, Rf를 함유하는 단위체, (ii) 플루오르-부재 탄화수소단위체, 및 (iii) 실리콘을 함유하는 단위체, 및 (b) 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기와 블로킹된 이소시아네이트 부분을 가진 플루오르-함유 중합체를 포함하는, 발유성 및 발수성을 제공하기 위해 직물과 같은 섬유 기재를 처리하는데 사용되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체 : 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기를 함유하는 중합체의 비율이 20:80 내지 70:30인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체 : 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기를 함유하는 중합체의 비율이 40:60 내지 60:40인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 Rf기를 함유하는 공중합성 분절 약 50 내지 90중량%, 플루오르가 없는 공중합성 탄화수소 분절 약 10 내지 50중량%, 및 실리콘을 함유하는 공중합성 분절 약 3 내지 25%(실리콘 분절이 약 1000 내지 10,000 범위의 수 평균 분자량을 가질 경우) 또는 약 0.5 내지 10중량%(실리콘 분절이 약 10,000 내지 20,000범위의 수 평균 분자량을 가질 경우)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 하기 일반식(I)로 표시될 수 있는 조성물.상기 식에서, A, A1및 A2는 무작위 분포되고, 각각 공중합할 수 있는 2내지 3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌기이고, Q는 2가의 유기 연결기를 나타내고, Rf는 완전히 플루오르화된 말단기를 포함하는 플루오로지방족 원자단을 나타내고, R은 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내고, R1은 실록사닐기를 포함하는 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내고, x는 약 5내지 100이고, y는 약 5내지 200이며, z는 약 1 내지 75이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 하기 일반식(II) 내지 (IV)로 표시되는 단량체들의 중합에 의해 제조되는 조성물;A' - Q - RfIIA1'- R IIIA2'- R IV상기 식들중, A', A1', 및 A2'는 공중합할 수 있는 2 내지 3개의 탄소원자를 가진 에틸렌계 불포화 알킬분절을 나타내고, Q는 2가의 유기 연결기를 나타내고, Rf는 완전히 플루오르화된 말단기를 포함하는 플루오르지방족 원자단을 나타내고, R은 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내며, R1은 실록사닐기를 포함하는 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기를 함유하는 플루오르-함유 중합체가 하기 식으로 표시될 수 있는 조성물;상기 식에서, Rf는 완전히 플루오르화된 말단부를 포함하는 플루오로지방족 원자단을 나타내고, Q는 2가의 유가 연결기를 나타내고, R2는 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 부분의 잔기인 플루오르-부재 지방족 라디칼을 나타내고, X는 다가 이소시아네이트 잔기를 나타내고; Y는 이소시아네이트 기를 블로킹할 수 있는 유기 부분을 나타내며, m+n은 X의 전구물질인 이소시아네이트 화합물에 함유된 이소시아네이토 작용기의 수와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 중량제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- (1)(a) 무작위 분포된 (i) 플루오로지방족 원자단, Rf를 함유하는 단위체, (ii) 플루오르-부재 탄화수소 단위체, 및 (iii) 실리콘을 함유하는 단위체를 포함하는 삼종공중합체, 및 (b) 우레탄 결합과 블로킹 된 이소시아네이트 부분을 가진 플루오르-함유 중합체를 포함하는 유효량의 용액 또는 에멀젼과 섬유 기재를 접촉시키는 단계, (2) 처리된 기재를 건조시키는 단계 및, (3) 처리된 기재를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는, 섬유 기재에 발유성 및 발수성을 제공하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체 : 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기를 함유하는 중합체의 비율이 20:80 내지 70:30인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체 : 이소시아네이트-유도된 연결기를 함유하는 중합체의 비율이 40:60 내지 60:40인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 Rf기를 함유하는 공중합성 분절 약 50 내지 90중량%, 플루오르가 없는 공중합성 탄화수소 분절 약 10 내지 50중량%, 및 실리콘을 함유하는 공중합성 분절 약 3 내지 25중량%(실리콘 분절이 약 1000 내지 10,000범위의 수 평균 분자량을 가질 경우) 또는 약 0.5 내지 10중량%(실리콘 분절이 약 10,000 내지 20,000 범위의 수 평균 분자량을 가질 경우)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 하기 일반식(I)로 표시될 수 있는 것인 방법 :상기 식에서, A, A1및 A2는 무작위 분포되고, 각각 공중합할 수 있는 2내지 3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌기이고, Q는 2가의 유기 연결기를 나타내고, Rf는 완전히 플루오르화된 말단기를 포함하는 플루오로지방족 원자단을 나타내고, R은 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내고, R1은실록사닐기를 포함하는 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내고, x는 약 5 내지 100이고, y는 약 5 내지 200이며, z는 약 1 내지 75이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 삼종공중합체가 하기 일반식(II) 내지 (IV)로 표시되는 단량체들의 중합에 의해 제조되는 방법.A' - Q - RfIIA1'- R IIIA2'- R IV상기 식들중, A', A1', 및 A2'는 공중합할 수 있는 2 내지 3개의 탄소원자를 가진 에틸렌계 불포화 알킬분절을 나타내고, Q는 2가의 유기 연결기를 나타내고, Rf는 완전히 플루오르화된 단기를 포함하는 플루오로지방족 원자단을 나타내고, R은 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타내며, R1은 실록사닐기를 포함하는 플루오르-부재 유기 원자단을 나타낸다.
