Abstract

본 발명은 투사형 화상표시장치용 광로조절장치에 관한 것으로, 단결성 실리콘 웨이퍼로 이루어지며 액츄에이터를 구동시키기 위한 모스트랜지스터가 매트릭스 형태로 내장된 능동매트릭스 기판상에 액츄에이터를 신호전극이 접촉단자를 통해 모스트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 전기적으로 접속되도록 실장한다. 따라서, 캐리어의 이동보다 큰 단결성 실리콘에 내장된 모스트랜지스터에 의해 액츄에이터를 고속으로 구동시킬 수 있으며, 또한 단결정 실리콘 웨이퍼에 입자 결합이 매우 적으므로 모스트랜지스터가 균일한 특성을 갖게 되어 수율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 능동매트릭스기판과, 압전세라믹으로 이루어진 변형부와 신호 전극 및 공통접지 전극을 가지는 화소가 되는 M×N개의 액츄에이터와 거울을 구비하는 투사형 화상표시장치용 광로조절장치에 있어서, 상기 능동 매트릭스기판은 제1도전형의 단결정 실리콘 웨이퍼로 이루어진 기판에 매트릭스형태로 M×N개의 제2도전형의 모스트랜지스터가 내장되고, 상기 제2도전형의 모스트랜지스터의 드레인 전극이 접촉단자에 의해 액츄에이터의 신호전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 투사형 화상표시장치용 광로조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1도전형이 N형이고, 제2도전형이 P형인 투사형 화상표시장치용 광로조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2도전형 모스트랜지터는 게이트전극에 동기신호가 입력되고, 소오스전극에 화상신호가 입력되며 드레인 전극에 접촉단자를 통해 액츄에이터의 신호전극이 접속되는 투사형 화상표시장치용 광로조절장치.
