Abstract

본 발명은 신문, 잡지등의 캐릭터를 중심으로 하는 데이타를 저렴한 비용으로 배송한다.
신문사에서 신문 데이타를 방송센터(3)을 통해 위성(4)에 전송하고, 위성(4)에서 수신자에게 전송한다. 수신자측에서는 실외 장치(5)에서 이것을 수신하고, 데이타수신장치(6)으로 수신한다. 수신된 데이타는 기록장치(7)에 공급하여 소형의 광자기 디스크(8) 등의 기록 매체에 일단 기록된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 데이타 방송 시스템의 구성을 도시하는 도면, 제2도는 제1도의 방송센터(3)의 구성예를 도시하는 블럭도.

Claims (22)

  1. 소정의 데이타를 방송 채널을 통해 전송하는 데이타 방송 방법에 있어서, 신문, 잡지, 서적등의 데이타를 부호화해서 소정의 위상 채널에 삽입하는 스텝, 상기 데이타를 위성을 통해 전송하는 스텝, 상기 위성을 통해 전송되어 온 데이타를 수신하는 스텝 및 상기 수신된 데이타를 디코드해서 상기 신문, 잡지, 서적등을 재생하는 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디코드된 데이타를 기록 매체에 기록하는 스텝을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위성 채널은 방송 위성 또는 통신위성의 디지탈 데이타 전송용 채널인 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타는 기사 데이타와 상기 기사 데이타를 검색하기 위한 검색 데이타를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기사 데이타 및 상기 검색 데이타는 스크램블되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  6. 소정의 데이타를 방송 채널을 통해 전송하는 데이타 방송 시스템에 있어서, 신문, 잡지, 서적등의 데이타를 방송 신호로 다중화해서 다중화 신호를 생성하는 다중화 수단, 상기 다중화 신호를 소정의 위성채널에 송출하는 전송 수단, 상기 위성 채널을 통해 전송된 다중화 신호를 수신하는 수신 수단, 상기 수신 수단에 의해 수신된 상기 다중화 신호에서 상기 데이타를 분리하는 분리수단 및 상기 분리 수단에 의해 분리된 상기 데이타를 디코드하는 디코드수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 디코드된 데이타를 기록 매체에 기록하는 기록수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 위성 채널은 방송 위성 또는 통신 위성의 디지탈 데이타 전송용 채널일 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 데이타는 기사 데이타와 상기 기사 데이타를 검색하기 위한 검색 데이타를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기사 데이타 및 상기 검색 데이타는 스크램블되어 있는 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 시스템.
  11. 소정의 데이타를 방송 채널을 통해 전송하는 데이타 방송 장치에 있어서, 영상신호, 음성신호, 신문, 잡지 및 서적등의 데이타를 다중화해서 다중화 신호를 생성하는 다중화 수단 및 상기 다중화 신호를 소정의 위성 채널에 송출하는 전송 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 데이타는 기사 데이타와 상기 기사 데이타를 검색하기 위한 검색 데이타를 포함하고, 상기 검색 데이타는 대응하는 상기 기사 데이타를 나타내는 포인터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 소정의 스크램블 키를 이용해서 상기 데이타에 스크램블을 가하기 위한 스크램블 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 다중화 수단은 상기 소정의 스크램블 키를 다중화 신호로 다중화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다중화 수단은 계약 정보를 다중화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방송 장치.
  15. 방송 채널을 통해 전송된 방송 신호를 수신하는 방송 수신 장치에 있어서, 상기 위성 채널을 통해 전송된 방송 신호를 수신하는 수신 수단, 상기 수신된 방송 신호에서 신문, 잡지, 서적등의 데이타를 분리하는 분리수단 및 분리된 상기 데이타를 디코드하는 디코드 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 디코드 수단에 의해 디코드된 데이타를 기록 매체에 기록하는 기록수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 데이타는 기사 데이타와 상기 기사 데이타를 검색하기 위한 검색 데이타를 포함하고, 상기 검색 데이타는 대응하는 상기 기사 데이타를 나타내는 포인터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 디코드 수단은 상기 데이타에서 스크램블 키를 디코드하는 수단 및 상기 디코드된 스크램블 키를 이용해서 상기 데이타에 디스크램블을 가하기 위한 디스크램블 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 디코드 수단은 상기 데이타에서 계약 정보를 디코드하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 디스크램블 수단은 상기 디코드된 계약 정보에 기초해서 디스크램블을 행하거나 디스크램블을 행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 데이타의 방송 시각이 세트되는 타이머 수단, 상기 수신 수단, 상기 분리 수단 및 상기 디코드 수단에 대해 전원을 공급하는 전원 수단 및 상기 타이머 수단에 세트된 시각이 도래했을때, 상기 전원 수단으로부터 상기 수신 수단, 상기 분리 수단 및 상기 디코드 수단에 전원을 공급하게 하고, 상기 수신 수단에 대해 상기 데이타가 전송되는 상기 위성 채널을 선택하게 하는 제어 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 데이타는 방송 개시 시각과 방송 종료 시각에 관한 정보를 포함하고, 상기 방송 시각은 상기 방송 개시 시각 및 방송 종료 시각에 기초해서 세트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
  22. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체는 탈착 자재의 기록 매체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신 장치.
