Abstract

본 발명은 비자기기부 및 그위에 형성된 강자성금속층의 자기기록층으로 이루어진 자기기록매체와 관련한 녹발생문제를 해결함에 그 목적을 지닌 바, 상기 문제점은, 비자기지지체, 자기기록층으로서 강자성 금속박막 및 윤활층으로 이루어지고, 윤활층이 극성퍼플루오로기를 지닌 제1윤활제와 다음식
으로 표현된 제2윤활제의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체에 의해 달성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 비자기지지체, 지지체위에 형성된 자기기록층 및 강자성금속박막 위의 윤활층으로 이루어지며, 윤활층의 다음식
    B-(C3F6O3)mC2F4-A
    (식중, A는 카르복실기, CH3, C2H5, CF3및 C2F5중에서 선택된 1종으로 에스테르화된 카르복실기에서 선택되며, B는 F,CH3, C2F5중에서 선택되고, m은 5∼30의 정수)으로 표현되는 화학식을 지닌 제1윤활제와, 다음식
    (식중, R은 알킬렌, 알켄일렌, 알킨일렌, 불화알킬 및 불화알켄일렌중에서 선택된 탄소수 2이하의 2가기, D는 -OPO(OR4)2, -OP(OR4)2, -OPH(OR4), -PO(OR4 2), -P(OR4)2, -PH(OR4)(각각의 인함유 기중 R4는 같거나 다르고 H, CH3, C2H3, CF3, C2F3중에서 선택된다), 히드록실기 또는 카르복실기, 및 CH3, C2H5, CF3, C2F5로 에스테르화 된 카르복실기 중에서 선택된 극성기이고 R1은 F, CF3, C2F5에서 선택되며, R2, R3는 F, CF3, C2F5, CF(CF3)2, C(CF3)3)에서 선택된다)으로 표현되는 제2윤활제의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1윤활제와 제2윤활제의 중량비는 1.0:0.1∼1.0:1.0 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기기록층은 강자성금속박막으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기기록층은 강자성금속박막으로 형성되고, 상기 제3윤활제를 제1, 제2윤활제의 총량을 기준으로 해서 50% 이하의 비율로 윤활층에 함유하고, 상기 제3윤활제는 RPO4H2(R은 탄소수 8∼20인 직쇄알킬기 혹은 이것의 불소화기)로 표현된 비극 성퍼플루오로에테르, 직쇄 퍼플루오로카르복실산 혹은 R1(R1은 탄소수 5이하의 직쇄알킬기 혹은 이것의 불소화알킬)로 에스테르화된 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
