Abstract

본 발명은 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 기유에 MoS2계 극압첨가제, 인산에스테르염 및 아민을 첨가하여 이루어짐으로써 고속, 고하중에서 마찰, 마모특성 및 이동감각성이 우수한 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기유와 극압첨가제를 함유하는 윤활유 조성물에 있어서, 상기 극압첨가제로는 기유 100중량부에 대하여 Zn-DTP계 극압첨가제 0~5중량부와 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 MoS2계 극압첨가제 5~10중량부를 사용하고, 여기에 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 인산에스테르염 0.1~3중량부와 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 아민계 화합물 0.1~3중량부를 첨가하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
    상기 식에서 R1는 탄소수 12 내지 20인 알킬기 또는 알릴기 R2는 탄소수 16 내지 22인 알킬기 또는 알릴기 M은 알카리 토금속, x는 0 내지 4의 정수이며, y는 2 내지 4의 정수. R3는 탄소수 4 내지 10의 알킬기, R4는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 알킬기, R5는 탄소수 4 내지 20의 알킬기, R6는 탄소 1 내지 10의 알킬기, R7는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기이며, R8는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Zn-DTP계 극압첨가제는 아연-4-메틸펜틸-2-디티오포스페이트(Zn-4-methypentyl-2-dithiophosphate) 또는 아연-디알킬디티오포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 MoS2계 극압첨가제는 알킬알릴 아민몰리브덴디티오카바메이트, 알킬아민몰리브덴디티오카바메이트 또는 몰리브덴디옥시겐디설파이드카바메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 인산에스테르염은 옥틸스페아릭인산에스테르, 노닐팔미틱인산에스테르, 펜틸-12-하이드록시인산에스테르 또는 디메틸페닐인산에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 아민계 화합물은 모노도데실아민, 올레인산아민 또는 카르복실산이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
