Abstract

Claims (27)

  1. 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제 1 말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하는 스트랩 부재 ; 제 1 말단 대역에 부착된 제 1 패스너 ; 제 2 말단 대역에 부착된 제 2 패스너 ; 제 2 말단 대역을 가먼트 외피에 부착시키는 수단으로 이루어진, 가먼트 외피와 함께 사용하기 위한 부착 스트랩.
  2. 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제 1 말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하며, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착된 제 1 패스너와 제 2 말단 대역에 부착된 제 2 패스너로 이루어진 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재 ; 제 1 허리 부위, 이에 대향하는 제 2 허리 부위, 및 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 사이의 가랑이 부위를 한정하며, 제 1 허리 부위에 위치하면서 제 1 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제 1 유지 수단과, 제 1 허리 부위에 위치하면서 제 2 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제 2 유지 수단으로 이루어진 가먼트 외피 ; 및 상기 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재의 제 2 말단 대역을 상기 가먼트 외피의 제2허리부위에 부착시키기 위한 수단으로 이루어진 가먼트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 패스너가 훅-루프 체결 시스템의 성분으로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 패스너가 일반적인 패스너로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 2 패스너가 단추로 이루어지고, 제 2 유지 수단이 그 안에 단추 구멍을 한정하는 재료로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 패스너가 훅 재료로 이루어지고, 제 1 유지 수단이 루프 재료로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 2 패스너가 스트랩 부재의 중앙 대역과 제 1 패스너 사이에 위치하는 것인 가먼트.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재의 결합 대역이 제 1 패스너와 제 2 패스너 사이에 위치하는 것인 가먼트.
  9. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 유지 수단과 제 2 유지 수단이 가먼트 외피의 제 1 허리 부위에 부착되어 있고 그 안에 단추 구멍을 한정하는 루프 재료로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  10. 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재의 제 2 말단 대역을 가먼트 외피의 제 2 허리 부위에 부착시키기 위한 수단이 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재의 제 2말단 대역에 부착된 추가의 제 1 패스너 ; 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재의 제 2 말단 대역에 부착된 추가의 제 2 패스너 ; 제 2 허리 부위에 위치하면서 제 1 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 추가의 제 1 유지 수단 ; 및 제 2 허리 부위에 위치하면서 제 2 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 추가의 제 2 유지 수단으로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  11. 각각 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제 1 말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하며, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 제 1 패스너 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또하나의 제 1 패스너로 된 한 쌍의 제 1 패스너와, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 제 2 패스너 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또하나의 제 2 패스너로 된 한 쌍의 제 2 패스너로 이루어진, 한 쌍의 스트랩 부재 ; 및 제 1 허리 부위, 이에 대향하는 제 2 허리 부위, 및 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 사이의 가랑이 부위를 한정하며, 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 양쪽에 위치하면서 제 1 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제 1 유지 수단과, 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 양쪽에 위치하면서 제 2 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제 2 유지 수단으로 이루어진 가먼트 외피로 이루어진 가먼트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 제 1 패스너가 훅 재료로 이루어지고, 제 1 유지 수단이 루프 재료로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제 2 패스너가 단추로 이루어지고, 제 2 유지 수단이 그 안에 단추 구멍을 한정하는 재료로 이루어진 것인 가먼트.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 루프 재료가 그 안에 단추 구멍을 한정하는 것인 가먼트.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 제 2 패스너가 제 1 패스너 중 하나와 스트랩 부재의 중앙 대역 사이에 위치하는 것인 가먼트.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 각 스트랩 부재의 제1 및 제 2 말단 대역이 제 1 패스너와 제 2 패스너 사이에 위치한 결합 대역을 포함하는 것인 가먼트.
  17. 제 1 허리 부위, 이에 대향하는 제 2 허리 부위, 및 제 1 허리 부위와 제2 허리 부위 사이의 가랑이 부위를 한정하며, 신체측 라이너, 이 신체측 라이너에 부착된 배면 시트, 신체측 라이너와 배면 시트 사이의 흡수성 코어, 및 각각의 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 상에 위치한 유지 부재로 이루어진 가먼트 외피 ; 각각 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제1말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하는 한 쌍의 스트랩 부재 ; 및 각 스트랩 부재의 각각의 말단 대역에 부착되어 있고, 각각 상기 유지 부재와 해제 가능하게 결속할 수 있는 제1 및 제 2 패스너로 이루어진 일회용 흡수 가먼트.
  18. 각각 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제 1 말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하며, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 훅 패스너 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또하나의 훅 패스너로 된 한 쌍의 훅 패스너와, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 단추 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또 하나의 단추로 된 한 쌍의 단추로 이루어진, 한 쌍의 탄성 스트랩 부재 ; 및 제 1 허리 부위, 이에 대향하는 제 2 허리 부위, 및 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 사이의 가랑이 부위를 한정하며, 액체 투과성의 신체측 라이너, 이 신체측 라이너에 부착되고 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 배면 시트, 및 이 배면 시트에 부착되고, 각각의 루프 패치가 훅 패스너와 해제 가능하게 결속하기에 적합하도록 되어 있고 그 안에 단추를 끼우기에 적합하도록 된 단추 구멍을 한정하는 다수의 루프 패치로 이루어진 일회용 흡수 가먼트.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 각각의 단추가 스트랩 부재의 중앙 대역과 훅 패스너 사이에 위치하는 것인 가먼트.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 각 스트랩 부재의 제1 및 제 2 말단 대역이 훅 패스너와 단추 사이에 위치한 결합 대역을 포함하는 것인 가먼트.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 각각의 스트랩 부재가 대향하는 주표면을 가지며, 훅 패스너와 단추가 동일 주표면상에 위치하는 것인 가먼트.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, 스트랩 부재가 그의 이완 길이의 약 2.8 내지 3배까지 신장할 수 있는 탄성 재료로 형성되는 것인 가먼트.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 스트랩 부재가 약 15 내지 41㎝의 이완 길이 및 약 1 내지 4㎝의 폭을 갖는 것인 가먼트.

  26. 제 1 말단 대역, 이에 대향하는 제 2 말단 대역, 및 제 1 말단 대역과 제 2 말단 대역 사이의 중앙 대역을 한정하며, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 제 1 패스너 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또하나의 제 1 패스너로 된 한 쌍의 제 1 패스너와, 제 1 말단 대역에 부착되는 하나의 제 2 패스너 및 제 2 말단 대역에 부착되는 또하나의 제 2 패스너로 된 한 쌍의 제 2 패스너로 이루어진, 적어도 1개의 스트랩 부재를 제공하는 단계, 제 1 허리 부위, 이에 대향하는 제 2 허리 부위, 및 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 사이의 가랑이 부위를 한정하며, 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 양쪽에 위치하고 제 1 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제1유지 수단과, 제 1 허리 부위와 제 2 허리 부위 양쪽에 위치하고 제 2 패스너를 해제 가능하게 유지하기 위한 제 2 유지 수단으로 이루어진 가먼트 외피를 제공하는 단계, 및 가먼트 외피에 스트랩 부재를 부착시키기 위한 제1 또는 제 2 패스너 중 하나를 선택하는 단계로 이루어진 가먼트 사용 방법.
