Abstract

인쇄 회로 기판(12)의 표면(12)상에 장착하기에 적합한 지지 장치(10)용 전기 기판이 제공된다. 상기 커넥터는 기판 장착 표면(14)를 구비한 하우징(12)를 포함한다. 적어도 한 개의 지지 부재(24)가 인쇄 회로 기판에 커넥터를 고정시키기 위해 제공된다.지지 부재는 회로 기판에 수직하게 연장되는 한쌍의 다리부분(26,28) 및 이 다리부분과 접합되고 기판에 평행한 만곡부(30)로 형성된 U자형 형상이다. 만곡부는 회로 기판상의 땜납 패드에 납땜 연결하기 위한 패드를 형성하고,지지 부재의 U자형 외형에 대하여 가로 방향으로 소정 폭을 가진다. 커넥터 하우징의 회로 기판 장착 표면에 있는 리세스 수단은 리세스(42)는 억지끼워 맞춤 상태로 지지 부재의 다리 부분중 적어도 하나의 다리부분(26)을 수납하기 위해 상호보완적인 형상을 갖는다. 하나의 다리부분(26)은 만곡부의 소정 폭보다 좁다. 적어도 한 개의 안정화 플랜지(32)가 만곡부로부터 회로 기판 장착 표면(14)에 있는 상호보완적 형상의 리세스(44)내로 돌출된다. 안정화 플랜지는 하나의 다리 부분보다 폭이 좁고 길이가 짧으며 하나의 다리부분과 동일 평면상에 있다.

제5도는 인쇄 회로 기판에 납땜되는 지지 부재와 더불어 지지 부재 중 장착된 지지 부재의 구역에 있는 전기 커넥터의 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 기판 장착 표면을 구비한 하우징과, 인쇄 회로 기판에 수직하게 연장되는 한쌍의 다리 부분과 상기 인쇄 회로 기판에 평행한 다리부분과 접합된 만곡부로 형성되는 U자형 형상을 하고 커넥터를 인쇄 회로 기판에 고정시키기 위한 지지 부재와, 상기 지지 부재 중 적어도 하나의 다리부분을 억지 끼워 맞춤 상태로 수납하기 위한 상호 보완적 형상을 갖는 커넥터 하우징의 기판 장착 표면에 있는 리세스 수단을 포함하며, 상기 만곡부가 지지 부재의 U자형 외형의 가로 방향으로 소정 폭을 갖도록 구성된, 인쇄 회로 기판의 표면상에 장착하기에 적합한 전기 커넥터 지지 장치에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 다리부분은 상기 만곡부의 소정 폭보다 좁으며, 적어도 하나의 안정화 프랜지는 만곡부로부터 회로 기판 장착 표면에 있는 상호 보완적 형상을 갖는 리세스 내로 돌출되며, 상기 안정화 플랜지는 상기 적어도 하나의 다리부분과 동일 평면상에 있으며 이 다리부분보다 폭이 좁고 길이가 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 안정화 플랜지는 상기 적어도 한개의 다리부분의 양측면 각각 위치한 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다리부분 중 다리 부분이 연장되는 인쇄 기판 장착 표면에 리세스 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다리부분 중 다른 다리부분이 상기 하나의 다리부분 보다 폭이 좁고 길이가 짧은 것은 특징으로 하는 지지 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 다리부분이 상기 억지 끼워맞춤되도록 리세스 수단안으로 있는 커넥터 하우징 내에 긁으면서 결합(skive)되기 위한 갈고리 수단(barb means)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 시스템.
  6. 인쇄 회로 기판에 장착하기에 적합한 전기 기판용 지지 장치에 있어서, 회로 기판 장착 표면을 구비한 절연성 커넥터 하우징과, 인쇄 회로 기판에 수직하게 연장되는 한쌍의 다리부분과 기판에 수평하고 다리 부분과 결합된 만곡부로 형성되는 U자형 형상을 하고 커넥터를 기판에 고정시키기 위한 적어도 한 개의 지지 부재를 포함하며, 상기 만곡부는 인쇄 회로 기판상의 땜납 패드에 납땜 연결하기 위한 패드를 한정하고 지지 부재의 U자형 외형에 대하여 가로 방향으로 소정 폭을 갖고, 상기 다리부분 중 하나는 만곡부의 주어진 폭보다 더 좁으며, 상기 다른 다리부분은 하나의 다리 부분보다 폭이 좁고 길이가 짧으며, 상기 하나의 다리부분의 양 측면에 각각 위치하고 하나의 다리부분과 동일 평면상에 위치하고 각각이 이 다리부분보다 폭이 좁고 길이가 짧은 한쌍의 안정화 플랜지를 포함하고, 상기 커넥터 하우징은, 하나의 다리부분 및 안정화 플랜지를 수납하기 위해서 기판 장착면에 있는 리세스 수단과, 하나의 다리부분을 억지 끼워 맞춤 상태로 수납하기 위해 상호 보완적인 형상을 갖는 리세스 통로와 다른 다리부분을 수납하기 위한 리세스 구역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 시스템.
