Abstract

회로기판 상에 장착되도록 되어 있는 부동형 전기 커넥터가 일체로 형성된 가동 하우징(9) 및 고정하우징(10)을 구비하는 하우징과, 고정하우징(10)의 4개의 코너를 가동 하우징(9)의 대응하는 4개의 코너에 연결시키는 탄성 결합편 및 각 하우징에 부착된 복수개의 암단자(5)를 포함한다. 각각의 암단자(5)는 하부접촉부(22)와 중간 탄성부(20)에 의해 서로 결합된 기부(19)를 포함한다. 상기 암단자의 하부 접촉부는 가동 하우징(9)에 부착되고 기부는 고정하우징(10)에 부착되므로 이에 따라 가동 하우징(9)과 고정하우징(10)에 대해 부동된다.

제1도는 2개의 인쇄 회로 기판(쇄선으로 표시)이 부동형 전기 커넥터에 의해 전기적으로 연결된 것을 도시하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 부동형 전기 커넥터의 분해 사시도.
제2도는 2개의 인쇄 회로 기판이 부동형 전기 커넥터에 의해 서로 연결된 것을 도시하는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 부동형 전기 커넥터를 나타내는 정면도.
제3도는 제2도의 실시예에 따른 부동형 전기 커넥터의 평면도.
제4도는 부동형 전기 커넥터의 정면도.
제5도는 부동형 전기 커넥터의 우측면도.
제6도는 제4도의 선 6-6을 따라서 취한 단면을 도시한 부동형 전기 커넥터의 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 회로 기판에 장착되도록 되어 있는 부동형 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 회로 기판의 표면 상에 장착되는 가동 하우징과, 상기 가동 하우징과 상기 고정 하우징을 탄성적으로 연결하는 적어도 2개의 탄성 결합편을 구비하며, 상기 고정 하우징은 가동 하우징을 둘러싸서 가동 하우징의 이동을 제한하는 단일 성형 하우징과 ; 중간 탄성부에 의해 결합된 결합 단자부의 하부 접촉부와 기부를 각각 구비하며, 상기 결합 단자부의 하부 접촉부는 가동 하우징에 장착되고 상기 기부는 고정 하우징에 장착되는 복수개의 암단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정 하우징과 구동 하우징이 단부를 구비하며, 상기 탄성 결합편은 가동 하우징과 고정 하우징의 양 단부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성 결합편 각각이 U자형 결합편인 것을 특징으로 한느 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단자의 중간 탄성부가 각각의 역 U자형부의 한 단부에 일체로 연결된 2개의 역 U자형부를 포함하며, 상기 어느 한 역 U자형부의 타 단부는 기부에서 일체로 연결되고, 상기 다른 한 역 U자형부의 타 단부는 결합 단자부의 하부 접촉부에 일체로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기부는 이 기부가 고정 하우징에 장착되도록, 결합 단자부를 향해 연장되며 고정 하우징에 장착되도록 되어 있는 기부 아암 상의 돌출부를 구비하는 측방향으로 연장된 아암을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기부가, 가동 하우징을 향해 연장되며 상기 가동 하우징이 받침대부를 향해 한정된 거리만큼 이동할 때 가동 하우징을 지지하는 받침대부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 받침대부는, 가동 하우징이 일정 거리만큼 이동한 후 상기 받침대부가 가동 하우징에 대해 가변 반력을 가할 수 있도록 만곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동형 전기 커넥터.
